All interactions with staff were wonderful; however my room had stains on the carpet and dusty cobwebs up in the ceiling above the fridge. I wish there was a robe and toiletries available for guests too.

Location very convenient to Toronto Union Station and a better value than Fairmont Royal York.

Stayed in your suite and it was spacious, clean and quiet. Would suggest just a few things: a real mug (china mug) for that type of room, a full-length mirror and a garbage bin in the bathroom. Other than those, it was terrific.
