Very disappointed upon arrival to room. Room was suppose to be overlooking Lagoon at upper level. The room smelled like smoke upon entering and I believe it was not the room I booked and paid for. Also, the bed just sucked. The next morning we rectified the problem and we were moved to an upper level room overlooking the Lagoon. The situation was resolved and saved our beautiful vacation to Miami. However, I still feel like we were taken advantage of on that first night of a three night stay.

I have visited this property from the time it was Sofitel and have seen the gradual decline in service over the years. The legacy staff at the restaurant and bar is the saving grace for this hotel and maybe the reason I elected to return time and again. This last experience however will definitely influence how soon I return to Pullman

The lodging was pleasing and the staff serving for our conference did a wonderful job. The food was delicious. The shuttle driver who picked us up from the airport welcoming. Now the one who took us to the airport at 3 pm on Wednesday was a nightmare...not in personality, but his driving was highly erratic and dangerous especially considering there was a full load of passengers. He was speeding and jumping in front of other cars and slamming on breaks as he tailgated. It was an amazingly scary ride for me.

My wife and selected this Pullman hotel not only for the location but for the stars and good appearance on the web .. it did not matter it was more expensive than others.. well unfortunately for us … it was a bad really bad experience… at a glance the room was like any other room nice but not very clean.. the bathroom floor was sticky… no soap for washing the hands… and incredibly not hot water at all in the shower… the water mixer on the wall was broken and did not work so cold water it was…. But nobody cared .. I misled called many times for assistance and NO answer … well in the bed they improvise a mattress cover horizontally it was so tiny that the elastic band was annoying on the back and covered only a third of the total… the blackouts were broken and hosing down so there were lights filtering from the outside to the room ….the pillows were so old that the material inside was already a bunch of hardened bubbles that hurt neck and face that trying to sleep was a nightmare, and finally the mattress old as well that U could feel the deteriorated cushioning on your back hips on an unconfortable way…. No inventions just as happened..!

I felt seen and heard at your hotel! Not only is the location perfect, but it is also beautiful. Especially with the lovely holiday decorations! My boyfriend and I ended up staying for 2 nights as our return flight was canceled, and the front desk staff was kind, understanding, and accommodating. Thank you for a fabulous stay!
