Avoid At All Costs - They Double Charge Your Card And Don't Respond

We arrived after a long flight from London - it took them quite some time to find our reservation (prepaid through booking dot com) and for our friends they couldn't find their reservation for over an hour. On check out, the receptionists tried to charge me for the bar bill AND room, so I pointed out the room was prepaid and showed the receipt from the booking platform. She agreed it had been prepaid - great! Until the next day I see they have charged me again for the room. Trying to contact this hotel is a complete waste of time - they do not respond - I've tried via the web contact form, direct emails, messages from the booking app - nothing. I will have to request a charge back from AmEx, which understandably is not a quick process. To rub salt into the wound, the hotel is tired, scruffy, very cold rooms and the bar man is rude. The worst hotel experience I can recall. I'd previously stayed in the Auckland Airport Pullman which was really exceptional, so I assume this is down to the failing of the local/country management. Oh, and central Accor guest services are as useful as a chocolate teapot. I'd suggest you never book this hotel and prepay via booking dot com and furthermore find yourself a better hotel - there must be plenty.

Reserved a stay at the Pullman Hotel Miami Airport from 12/30/25 - 1/02/26. First reservation ever. Had never stayed there previously. At check in staff shared that there would be a $300 room incidentals charge that would be added directly to any available credit card I had with me. Completely understandable. No issue. The charge was assessed and I was told that upon check out the funds would be returned to my credit card within 5-7 business days. I only stayed at the property for one night, because the hotel had NO HEAT and it was unreasonably cold according to management. I was also told by management that NO hotels in Miami have heat because of the geographic location. Hmmm?? Management approved my check out the following day. After several conversations and correspondences with the multiple management members regarding the return of the promised incidentals funds, it is now almost a month later and the there has been no refund. I was told by a manager last week that they would be issuing a manual release to the credit card and the funds would be recieved in 48 hours. This still has NOT happened. It is simply a matter of professional business integrity and principle. The way in which I have been handled as a consumer is simply inexcusable.

We have experience of Pullman in Europe & expected the same level of service. reception was OK telling us the restaurant closed at 22.00. The room excellent. we did get a meal but before we had finished & ordered a 2nd drink the bar staff started clearing away. we were advised that the bar also closes at 10? On our way to the room we asked the receptionist & he said there was no way to get a drink after 10. In future when overlaying in Miami we will stay at a Hotel where we can get food & drink when we arrive,
