I felt seen and heard at your hotel! Not only is the location perfect, but it is also beautiful. Especially with the lovely holiday decorations! My boyfriend and I ended up staying for 2 nights as our return flight was canceled, and the front desk staff was kind, understanding, and accommodating. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

...received a notifcation that my flight was delayed, so I called down to the front desk and asked for a late check-out. Javier told me 'No. I'm sorry. The hotel is fully committed and we cannot grant any late check-outs (I am a Platinum Accor member, btw). I said 'Fine, thank you.' and then I went and looked online to see if the hotel was actually fully committed. It was not. There were PLENTY of available rooms. So I booked the same room I had and stayed a little longer before my flight. That said, Javier still lied to me and I think that's a really bad customer experience.

we used the room for our young grandchildren so they could be comfortable waiting for their late evening flight. The pool was nice for the older grands. Did not see a restroom near the pool, so we had to come in with our suits near the restroom to use the bathroom. Also had to ask for towels

A thoroughly dissatisfactory experience for this brand. We chose to book the hotel for a day room awaiting an evening flight to the UK. As a platinum member of the Accor group, I am used to Pullman being a reliable and comfortable brand to use for business travel; the hotel is depressing, Poorly staffed, with zero service from the front desk, no one available or offering to assist with luggage and a poor attitude. The room was absolutely uninspiring; a lumpy bed and pillows, no seating, a poorly kept bathroom (the toilet seat coming off) and an irritating constant background hum in spite of us turning the air-conditioning unit off. We had breakfast at the hotel; the breakfast buffet was lacklustre and the choice poor, although the service was the best we had in the hotel, which does not say much. I will not go back.
