Booked stay during meeting with Lennar. Friendly staff. Disappointed the restaurant was not open each night, but was able to get food from the bar. The room was a little tired and could use a bit of an update, but overall satisfied.

It was better, staying at the Pullman Miami Airport. At least once a year I stay at the Pullman Miami Airport since it was a Sofitel. However, this time was the worst of all. The staff are not the friendliest, they treat you like just a number, and everything you ask for is a quick response… no, it’s not possible, there’s no way. That’s how it was for the 3 days I was there. And Miami certainly has great hotels right in the airport area that will be the option when I return to Miami.
