I liked that its located right in the middle of epernay. With very good modern parking facility right under the building for a low price of 10 euro per day. The hotel also has a very nice green initiative for customers who participate in it. I didn't like that there was no restaurant or kitchen in the hotel.

The team at IBIS Epernay have given me a second home in Champagne. The rooms are perfect- clean, great wifi, comfortable, but it is the service that makes the difference. Even the newest member of the staff that I met, Angelique is already operating at Relais and Chateau level! Christine's great management makes for a great experience.

We were in the lovely town of Épernay to enjoy the champagne and the region. The Ibis hotel was so central we were minutes walk from everything we needed and a bike ride to many champagne houses. Our room had a great shower and we were rewarded with a drink for choosing not to have our room cleaned or linen changed. Extra towels were available. I’d have given it a 10 but my mattress topper slipped both night.
