As usual we got the full sewage smell experience

Comfortable but tired room in an excellent location. The normal smell of sewage in the reception area is now evident on the 5th floor including in the bedroom. Fortunately on this occasion it hadn't wafted into the adjacent breakfast area. We still like to visit this hotel due in part to the location and in part due to the interesting architectural style.

The hotel has a very odd smell, something between sulphur and back up toilets. The staff are very helpful and charming. Sadly the room we had was tiny, the bathroom door hit the bed. The was a trip step into the bathroom and a cramped and hard to use shower. I would not recommend the hotel to friends.

Convenient and cozy little hotel

I came with friends and enjoyed this little hotel. Very convenient, located in the center of the old city. The bedroom was a little small but very cozy. I love the breakfast bufffet and the little bar. Staff were friendly, nothing to complain about!

If you can't book a Privilege Room then stay somewhere else

Centrally located hotel, old fashioned (though modernly furnished) with friendly staff. Our room wasn't ready until after 5.00pm (despite arriving early, leaving our luggage and the hotel advertising a 3.00pm checkin); the rooms are small, feel very basic and have ridiculously small tables described as "business desks"; and the air conditioning doesn't work but at least the windows open. Despite being Gold Accor, we did not receive an upgrade. Our friends stayed in a Privilege Room which was ready on arrival, felt luxurious though still had the ridiculously small table. If you can't book a Privilege Room then stay somewhere else.

The hotel was well located for the Grand place, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. Hotel information was via QR code which we didn't realise until our departure !
