The hotel provides 24/7 food service, shuttle contact, lounge, working space.

Well located. Had a room an available even though it was a last minute reservation. The person who registered me was very patient as it was noisy and I was jet lagged.

It was just an overnight stay as my next flight wasn’t until the next day. The only problem I had was that in the morning I waited for the bus for terminal 5 which I never saw. The first bus that came said it didn’t go to Terminal 5. The next bus, HotelHoppa, had all 5 terminals showed on list, so I took it but it went to only a couple terminals, not 5.

The location is excellent - however the hotel is so incredibly warm. On arrival I was directed to three different check-in points as the computers weren’t working. The lifts / corridors all seem very very worn and have an odd odour. The room was super hot. The “cooling / heating” wasn’t very effective - and when put on high it made a noise like someone had placed a bag of spanner’s in a washing machine. The ironing room lights are stupendously awful, and the boards slant down to the floor. Also, nowhere to actually hang your freshly ironed garments. Certainly the least good Accor hotel I’ve stayed in so far.
