They gave me early check in Mr. Fabrice you have been great thank you for changing my rooms for better view.. Also I did not meet Oliver he is the best guy to have communicated.. The location is excellent. Rooms are nice and modern. Some renovations are going on.. there are plenty of good restaurants and mall…

The hotel’s location is very convenient, there is a metro station below it and it is walking distance from the Louvre, Notre Dame, etc. The room was a good size for my family of 4 and had a Nespresso machine. Staff was friendly and helpful (unfortunately, I don’t remember their names, besides Paulo Riva). Breakfast was delicious, but you can eat well for a lower price nearby.

Hotel located in excellent position, 10 mt from the Les Halles station (RER A-B-D and M1-4-7-11-14). After few minutes of waliking, you reach Louvre and the center…the same if you want to go to visit Saint Chapel or Notre Dame or to take RER C (Notre Dame gare). In the Hotel you’ll find kind staff, available and smiling, like Miss HAN, that helps us to meet our needs to upgrade our requested initial accomodation …she was and is precious.

Otelde tadilat vardı,otel koridorları kötü kokuyordu,dört kişi kaldığımız odada bir tane terlik ve bir tane bornoz vardı sonrasında üç terlik istedik iki gün sonra getirdiler.emenat kasa kilit sistemi çalışmıyordu ayrıca en önemlisi mini barda iki tane su içtik bizden 43€ para alındi bunu resepsiyonda ki hanımefendi ye sorduğumda burası Paris vergiler var dedi ama bu konu bizi çok üzdü çünkü Fransa ve Fransız vatandaşlarını çok sevdiğim için benim çocuklarım Türkiye de Fransız okulu notre dame de sion okulunda eğitim görüyorlar her sene Fransızcalarını ilerletmek için Paris’e iki yıldır geliyoruz seneye gelirken inşallah daha iyi bir otelde konaklama yapacağız

Great experience at Novotel Les Halles. Staffs were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Paulo! Strategic location, close to amenities and attractions. Room is clean and size is decent. Will definitely be back here again in Paris
