It was. Amazing the hotel catered and cared for the whole family friendly- service was above and beyond the restaurant staff exceptional and accomodating looking after all 10 including a ,2,3,4 and 5 year old. Service exceptional and well priced great facility Thankyou lived our stay

Otel genel olarak güzel Karşılama ve restoran iyi Oda güzel sadece biraz daha büyük olabilirdi. Odamızın İçinde tuvalet ve banyo ayrıydı. Tuvalet içinde el yıkama için bir lavabo yoktu!

It was a very well placed very clean and comfortable hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Comfortable beds and nice bed linen. Quiet rooms for a central location and a short walk from the Metro stations. The breakfast was good too.

We had a one bedroom room with two bath suite. The room and amenities were comfortable and very clean. The room was plenty big enough and comfortable for our family of 3 adults. The hotel is a bit of a walk or subway from the main attraction areas. The breakfast food and service was good. The tea was a welcome bonus as was the variety of juices and nightly treats in the room. The front desk staff are very accommodating. Would recommend.

I visited this hotel in early October with some friends. We had a (mostly) fantastic experience throughout our stay. The room was spacious with 2 bathrooms - like a home away from home! The staff in the restaurant during breakfast are the ones who really shine - a big thank you to Ali and Philippe for making our breakfast experience very comfortable and enjoyable. The location of the hotel is well placed - not too far from the main sites. Lots of neighbouring restaurants with a diverse selection of cuisines. The one downfall to our experience was on arrival. It was really disappointing that Emmanuelle at reception gave my friends and I a non-existent welcome. As an Accor status member in particular, I had expected some form of welcome greeting to the hotel along with a summary explanation of the hotels offerings (such as complimentary afternoon hi-tea), after all isn't that the role of a 'front of house receptionist'? Unfortunately, Emmanuelle didn't not deliver! However, both Laura and Aimee at reception were great - thank you for your help.
