Very clean comfortable hotel. Well located in les Halles, Paris. Very convenient to the metro and RER station and within easy walking distance of museums, beautiful buildings, les grands magasins and shopping areas. Besides in hotel dining lots of restaurant options near the hotel

Overall it was a satisfactory stay. However I was a little under-whelmed with the hotel, given the price we paid for an executive room. Good points: bed was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of choice though after 4 days it did seem less appealing, laundry service very fast, concierge very helpful and spoke good English Not so good points: our room overlooked the restaurant so we had no external window; most British TV channels did not work and could only get news and sports in English, limited info on the TV re hotel facilities (eg no room service menu), room not cleaned one day (one of us was ill so stayed in the room till 2pm-ish)

We stayed with family and were pleased that our rooms were adjacent and nicely appointed. Breakfast was very busy, but the staff worked hard and everything was replenished quickly. Like all hotels water pressure is now fairly low in the bathroom, but a water saving measure. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location if using the RER or Metro.
