Despite staying on numerous occassions over the past 12 years, the standard of the breakfast offered has deteriorated dramatically, what was on offer was limited, no eggs, lack of fruite and the coffee machine was not working, if this does not improve then we will look at alternative accommodation.

Made to feel welcome - pleasant young lady on reception. Room - small, didn’t smell ‘fresh’. Air conditioning not very effective. We ate in the hotel restaurant - food was very good. The waiter was nothing short of useless. He recommended a beer but delivered a different one. He forgot drinks, dish orders, ….. we had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes for our meal - he forgot my partner’s side order. He said he was busy - he wasn’t. Inept ‘Jack the Lad’. He spoilt the experience completely - shame, the food was very tasty. Normally I’d have walked away but after an 8 hour drive from Pamplona I needed a beer, food and bed.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. It's in a great location, adjacent to the river and opposite the lovely old town. It's clean, staff friendly and breakfast offers a reasonable selection. Secure underground parking is available at extra cost.
