Great staff, clean and tidy, easy to get to Royal Albert Hall in an Uber

I chose the Novotel West as it was close to the Eventim Apollo which I had booked as a birthday treat for my husband. It turned out staying at the Novotel West was a treat too. Having the underground parking was a bonus. Check in was quick and smooth and I was so happy that Clifton had been able to upgrade our room and arrange a lovely surprise dessert plate with the amazing guest team. All the staff from reception, the bar, restaurant, housekeeping and guest services were friendly and courteous. The hotel was spotlessly clean and even the public restrooms had Ritual toiletries which was a lovely touch. Our room was very nice, everything you need. We stayed in an Executive room and the complimentary minibar was very welcome. Our a/c wasn’t working, but we just turned it off and opened a window, we mentioned it on checking out and the lovely reception gentleman was very apologetic, but it really didn’t spoil our stay. All in all this was our 2nd stay in an ALL hotel and it didn’t disappoint. We’ll definitely be staying again. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
