Front desk service was good but other things were very disappointing. The hotel badly needs a refresh. The carpet was dirty, room service dishes at multiple rooms left in hallways for hours. For the cost, was just not as it should be.

Environment pleasant & easy approach to all concepts and good breakfast.

Everything was easy, booking the room and even sorting out something for the room for my anniversary with my other half (which they did complimentary), the team is extremely nice and helpful and I would especially like to mention Mr. Ivilin for helping us out pre-booking who was most helpful.

Delays in getting room, was told would take 5/10mins and ended up waiting 1h15mins in the lobby. After multiple complaints, eventually got the room. Seemed like they had overbooked or agreed to extend some people’s stay because of Wimbledon and ended up with not enough room! I had said I would reach at 12 to request room (though I know check in is 3pm), they had nothing ready at 6pm!! I was in London for work and that evening meeting colleagues for a leaving do and ended up being so late! Avoid at all cost

I enjoyed my stay ,the hotel is well positioned in the city and in the central hub,staff are friendly and helpful ,hpusekeeping /cleaning was great although they do come around abit late in the day. The breakfast did not cater for non pork eaters,it was the same style breakfast everyday no change,seating for breakfast was cumbersome and abit too full,
