Compared to other Novotels I've stayed at, this one fell slightly short in service level and amenities, with no recognition for Platinum members. While I'm unlikely to stay here again, I must admit that the cleanliness and the friendliness of most front desk staff, particularly one who went above and beyond to assist me

Compared to other Novotels I've stayed at, this one fell slightly short in service level and amenities, with no recognition for Platinum members. I'm unlikely to stay here again, but I must admit that the cleanliness and friendliness of most front desk staff, particularly one who went "above & beyond" to assist me at 1.30am (Sorry I couldn't remember his name)

Room 129 is not for a frequent Novotel Bussigny customer !

Cher Monsieur B., Nous vous prions de nous excuser pour le désagrément que vous avez rencontré dans la Chambre 129. Nous étions complets lors de votre séjour. De ce fait, nous ne pouvions malheureusement pas vous donner une autre chambre, et nous en sommes désolés. Nous espérons pouvoir mieux vous servir lors de votre prochaine visite.
