The biggest disappointment was that there was no restaurant - I just couldn’t believe it!

At the moment, due to a leek of cooks, we are only able to offer the restaurant during several times and we are only able to decide that week by week. Sundays it is closed. Restaurant is closed during our stay. Hotel quite old, not very well located. Sheet is too small for 2 people.

every year we stay in this hotel, on our way to austria. before we were always happy with the service. but this time... staff was not friendly at all. restaurant closed, the gloves at the buffet is a bit over the top (and not asked in a friendly manner!), bar closed, COLD room, COLD restaurant, sad atmoshere :(

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your prior expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Mercure, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. We try to heat our whole building in a mixture that will satisfy all different guests needs. But in the public area it is not possible to heat the restaurant more as th elobby or the bar. It is centrallized controlled. In your room you have the possibilty to use the radiator from setting 1 to 5. So our rooms will be be heated by air condition and raditors. Due to the actual changing but ongoing Corona situation we respect and fulfill all local Covid-19 rules by law. Therefore, we had decided to change the buffet concept and offer single portions as much as possible to guarantee a good hygiene status and to offer still different items to our clients. The health of our guests and employees is very important to us. This hotel is nice. It is close to the french border and very silenze. For parking there is a lot of space.The rooms have everything what you need. Bathroom is clean. Internet is very fast and good perfect for business people.
