The modern restaurant "L'Orangerie" has a winter garden and is usually open until 10 pm. With international dishes, the kitchen provides culinary delights, which you can also experience on the terrace.
In the La Source bar, you can relax in a modern ambience with your favourite drink. Enjoy a convivial atmosphere until 10:30 pm. We are happy to serve international dishes. Please ask for our current opening hours.
You can enjoy our extensive breakfast buffet from 6 am, and in the summer you can also have it on the terrace by the pool. Early birds can get breakfast from 4 am on request, and we would be happy to serve breakfast in your room at no extra charge.
At the 3-star Superior Mercure Hotel Saarbrücken Süd, you can choose between Standard Rooms with a single bed, twin beds or double beds and Privilege Rooms with single or double beds. All 100 rooms are air-conditioned and come with French beds, so you can enjoy a comfortable sleep on an 82.7-inch (210-cm) bed. The Privilege rooms have free WIFI. Our F&B opening times are always depending on the actuall occupancy. We are unable at the moment to inform our guests prior to arrival if the restaurant is open or not. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your prior expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Mercure, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. We try to heat our whole building in a mixture that will satisfy all different guests needs. But in the public area it is not possible to heat the restaurant more as th elobby or the bar. It is centrallized controlled. In your room you have the possibilty to use the radiator from setting 1 to 5. So our rooms will be be heated by air condition and raditors. Due to the actual changing but ongoing Corona situation we respect and fulfill all local Covid-19 rules by law. Therefore, we had decided to change the buffet concept and offer single portions as much as possible to guarantee a good hygiene status and to offer still different items to our clients. The health of our guests and employees is very important to us.
