The lady receptionist was very unfriendly, she show no any way of hospitality and welcoming. We as many years Silver Member Le Club Accor never feel so treated in all those years. Than the pool, was total useless. We book this hotel for the pool, but it was dirty, so we didn't swim. And you know, i read many complains about your pool the whole summer. Everytime the management write "we take your comments very serious" and more of this blabla answers.... But in fact, nothing changed, the comments about the pool are the whole summer the same, and nothing changed. It is a shame, and show no respect to your loyal guests.
