My experience was mixed. I had booked three nights at a non-refundable fee, but knew a week in advance that unfortunately I had to return home earlier. The hotel management responded to my request for a form of compensation in a strictly formal manner, without any consideration or gesture. I travel regularly and this is certainly not always the case in other hotels. Then on Saturday I had to get some work done in the hotel, but there was no proper lunch available, it was suggested I would buy something from the little shop. These two things were quite dissapointing. For the rest the hotel is nicely designed and comfortable.
