Fairmont Jaipur 5 stars

We made a sudden plan to visit Jaipur on long weekend when we thought of staying at Fairmont. I visit there with my family and very close friends. Staff was very helpful. Once they get to know that we have kids with us they upgraded us to there premium room which very spacious and comfortable. Ambience was so good and we enjoyed a lot .Thank you Fairmont for your hospitality.

From check-in to check-out everything was a surprise for us and great experience.

As Accor Plus Gold members, we have high expectations for the properties we visit, but our stay with you wasn't just a "hotel stay"—it was a royal experience that we didn’t want to end. I am writing this as a massive "thank you" to the staff who made us feel like family. ### An Entrance We Will Never Forget From the moment we arrived at the gate, you made us feel like royalty. The sound of the nagadas echoing through the property combined with the rain of rose petals falling on us was such a breathtaking touch. Walking through your "mini-jungle" courtyard with the sun peeking through the greenery was the perfect way to start our holiday. Before we even reached the lobby, your musicians were there with such soulful traditional music that it moved us. The lobby itself is a masterpiece—those yellow walls and the antique collection are a dream for anyone who appreciates heritage and art. ### Service That Goes Above and Beyond I want to specifically thank Mr. Madhav at the front desk. He is a credit to your team. Holding his tablet and never losing his smile, he made our check-in seamless. He didn't just give us a room; he took the time to ensure we had a room with a spectacular view that made our stay truly special. ### Moments of Magic: High Tea & Sunset Your daily schedule of activities is so well-curated. The property tour gave us such a deep respect for the architecture. But the High Tea on the lawn was a highlight for us. It wasn't just snacks; it was a full spread of everything from healthy bhel to those delicious focaccia sandwiches and sweets, all while local artists performed folk dances. Then, the Sunset Ceremony—watching your team in royal attire open champagne with swords to the beat of the drums against the backdrop of the hills... it was pure magic. ### Our Sanctuary The room was everything we needed. The view of the hills, the sunset, and even the neighboring Raffles was stunning. The bathroom is truly "huge"—having his and hers washbasins made a difference, and the earthy feel of the space made us feel so grounded. A special thanks to Jitendra from housekeeping for setting up the bathtub with rose petals for us; it was the perfect romantic touch. ### A Culinary Delight at Zoya To the kitchen team at Zoya: thank you! We were on the half-board package, and every meal was an event. The breakfast spread is massive, but I have to give a special shout-out to the Egg Benedict—it was perfect. Sitting by the fish pond for breakfast and dinner was so peaceful. ### Small Gestures, Big Impact What really touched us was the Holika Dahan celebration. Seeing the hotel respect local traditions with the bonfire and offering *prasad* to the guests was beautiful. It showed us the heart of the Fairmont brand. And finally, to Bibhuti (Anjum Bar Manager) and Bipin: thank you for the hospitality. Bibhuti, that complimentary coffee you gave us for our road journey back to Delhi was such a thoughtful gesture. It’s those small things that make us want to come back. ### Thank You To Ms. Neetu (Floor Manager) and the entire staff—from the entrance to the gym and spa—thank you for making our safety and happiness your priority. We left with heavy hearts but beautiful memories. I have already recommnded the property to my friends and relatives. One of the friends has already booked a family stay with you for April 2026.
