The service was terrible, had to call housekeeping to clean to room every day, the shower and bathroom had worms in it, even after housekeeping came, milk was never replaced. We had lunch at the restaurant and we waited 30 mins with no service, so had to go up to the counter to order. We were then told that someone would be out to take our order shortly, and then waited another 15 mins. At check out, the receptionist asked how our stay was which I said terrible, and they did not say anything in response. Upon checkout, I noticed they did not apply the discount to food and beverage given I am gold Accor member. Welcome gift was not provided, nor room upgrade (which may have not been possible given the busy Easter period, but an acknowledgment or apology would have been appreciated). We also complained to reception during the stay with no apology of remedy. I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times and overall found it a pleasant and enjoyable stay; however, after this recent experience, I will never be going back

Amazing staff. Room service/care fantastic. We felt very welcome. Furniture is a bit "tired". Sleeping on sofa in the studio as a 3rd person, was very uncomfortable. Catering staff/ waitresses looked untidy and very rushed during breakfast. It is a 5 star resort so certain standards should be kept. Especially because of international visitors. Customers kept looking for cutlery. This is basic staff that should not happen in a 5 star resort. Placing cutlery drawers at each station would help and must be replenished. Spaces around food must be clean. If customer asks for something, staff should not say i work outside please find a waitresses from inside. Just pass on the message. Why not have one person to clear the tables and replenishe the cutlery and another to serve and ensure customers' needs are met. It was also too hot and uncomfortable near the windows. Why not use the blinds at least half way? Food was delicious. It was nice for kitchen staff to come out and help as well.

Great short stay with family, lovely staff and resort well maintained considering I last stayed 20 years ago when first opened Food in restaurant excellent considering it was included in our package

On arrival we were treated like an inconvenience, possiby the worst reception experience I've had. Our slightly early arrival was a great concern, despite the website explaining that bags coould be stored and we could use the pool if we were early. Eventually this got sorted, and we coould use the pool. A more filthy set of pool lounges I have never seen, but with towels down we protected out clothes and bathers from the grime. The room was very good and well appointed so things looked on the up. The shower pressure was terrible, but not the end of the world, although hardly in fitting with expectation. We ate multiple meals at the restaraunt and found the food to be excellent, however the service painfully slow. most times needing to check in on with wait staff to ensure our drinks were still coming. it was not uncommon not to recieve a drink until after measl were served or to wait at least 20 minutes. the location saves the hotel, were this level of service anywhere else you would not tolerate it. So sad as the hotel has so much potential.
