It was my 3rd visit to Pullman Bunker Bay. As usual the chalets were really comfortable and well equipped. The only downside was the restaurant dinner service and breakfast buffet. Ordering drinks at dinner was extremely slow, often waiting close to 30 mins for drinks to arrive. The breakfast buffet selection is great, but replenishing dishes seem problematic. Dishes would run out and it would take a while to be replenished. The one morning all fruit options were out and it took a while to be replenished. Overall we had a great time and these are minor issues that will make the stay even more enjoyable.

Beautiful location, gardens were lovely, building design good, apartments a little tired, a couple of maintenance issues. Restaurant staff seemed over worked and not on top of things. Dinner not great, a dish didn’t arrive and waited a very long time for average food. Internet not great in our room. Even to get your complimentary drinks in package seemed to take a long time, mainly due to lack of staff.
