We are grateful for your loyalty as an ALL-Platinum member; we are genuinely disappointed to learn that your experience fell well short of the high standards we strive to deliver. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the ongoing renovations. We understand how disappointing it was not to be informed in advance of the temporary changes, particularly the restricted access to the restaurant and toilet facilities. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and will be shared with our management team as we continue to review. We are also sorry to hear your dining experience, particularly that your meal was served undercooked. This is certainly not reflective of our culinary standards, and we have shared your comments with our kitchen team to ensure this is addressed immediately. It is also disappointing to hear that your request for a room closer to the car park and main building was not accommodated, especially as one of our valued Platinum members. Though, we are glad that the team was able to accommodate your room move request, but we understand the inconvenience caused and such situation definitely impacted your experience with us. We sincerely regret that we did not provide the seamless and memorable experience you anticipated.
