Overpriced room when others got bigger/more beds for cheaper The payment options were unreasonable and undisclosed untill check-in. No change for cash?? And surcharge for card purchases. Unknown and undisclosed expenses on everything we bought

Location: Stunning Amenities: Beach at your door step, recreational activities right at your finger tips. The pool area is however, small for the size of the resort and the Pool Side Bar lacked cocktail refreshments at the time of stay. Rooms: Stunning at first glance however, issues with extreme water temperature in the bathroom (maintenance called on occasions), significant dust build up in the main bedroom and general wear and tear; gouges to cabinetry, scale build up in bathroom, faulty closing mechanisms to internal cupboard doors. Several event guests did not have their rooms available by their allocated check in times. Service Staff: Incredible. Especially those serving breakfast, couldn't have asked for a more friendly service. Management Staff: Cannot rate this as we had unpleasant experience in the lead up to our event. Feedback from other guests of allocated room charges that were not correct and Staff were dismissive in the attempt to help rectify or explain the concern/issue. Event Service: Cannot rate this as our experience was not smooth for a 5* Venue. 80+ event guests with only 1x bar service attendant. Main dining was still in service during Event speeches which was not communicated to us at the time of planning the event. Overall the venue is nice however, there is a lack in execution of the services.

The Pullman Bunker Bay is a beautiful resort just metres from one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. The rooms are lovely with comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and kitchen facilities. The surrounding gardens are lovely and you feel as though you're in your own little sanctuary. Would highly recommend particularly if you're looking to get away from it all and soak up nature.

Well located, rooms are sizeable and comfortable. Wifi is exceptionally poor and whilst the breakfast is nice the buffet is not kept stocked.
