Everything you could ever want was at this beautiful resort from first engagement with Gina on reception who greeted me with a refresher towel and a glass of bubbly and explained everything to Molly Elizabeth at breakfast who was just outstanding this place is paradise . The pool is one of the best and everything is perfection and will meet every diserning traveller. I engaged with other members of the staff including the General Manager and it’s obvious where the commitment to an outstanding experience starts . Thank you.

Reservations was helpful and accomodating and the resteraunt manager was superb. The room was exceptional and the pools so lovely. Couldnt fault a thing.

We loved the two rooms we rented. However, neither of the hot tubs worked properly. One was leaking and made the rooftop area virtually unusable because the carpet was soaked. The other hot tub didn’t heat up. If you’re going to have hot tubs, you need to assure they are in working order before you accept a customer’s money to rent the room.

Staff so friendly. Pool is beautiful. However, food was more expensive at restaurant than the quality demanded. Room felt not totally clean… bathroom a bit grotty, line didn’t smell fresh. Room smelt musty. Dryer was super noisy and left black marks on our clothes sadly. Outdoor furniture was stained with ?? Bar staff forgot one drink and then gave me something other than what I actually ordered (it was delicious anyway - the cocktails were lovely). Netflix would not work on tv at all, even when connected to a hot spot. Spa was amazing, had the best ever massage. Just overall felt that for the price, it wasn’t reflected in the value.
