At the outset the reception go over and beyond. They are helpful, volunteer information, and pleasant demeanour. Free parking onsite Breakfast was sufficient. Room was clean and good aircon. Dinner was spectacular Nice walk on the beach only 100m away. We will come again.

Almost without exception, the staff were very friendly and helpful, however, some of the service delivery failed to meet expectations. For instance, at breakfast on our first day, there was no hot water for making tea, and it took over 20-minutes for 2 cups of coffee to be served, and when they arrived they were lukewarm. The breakfast buffet was nicely designed, however, on all three days we used the buffet, items were not being re-stocked and often serving plates were left bare. The swimming pool, whilst very interesting in design, clearly needs maintenance and refurbishment. The room was very pleasant but missing basics such as plugs for the sink and bath. We appreciate that the hotel was very busy with families, as it was Easter holidays, but the staffing levels could (should?) have been managed accordingly.

Lovely stay in the resort from checking in with Sophia, breakfast with Martina and the rest of the team. The pool was great with the kids and they enjoyed the buffet each day. The hotel is a good jumping off point for day trips to the reef, Daintree and Mossman and a chance to relax after and in between.

our apartment was not cleaned/made up for two days. I had to approach reception for it to be done. Unable to use BBQ and the fridge leaked water on to the floor Not satisfactory
