As a platinum member, I do expect an upgrade. Instead I was placed in the lowest grade room overlooking a round a bout and a construction site. During the day could only hear the noise from the earth works vehicles. Check in was long, i am told because they were processing points. Check out was slow after receiving the wrong bill, asked to pay way more than I was expecting because the points had not been processed. The restaurant staff were good. I expected more from a Pullman, but will not go back. I could have stayed in an industrial park.

I have stayed at the Pullman Sea Temple several times over the last few years. I have noticed a decline in cleanliness. There were pile of drinking glasses besides all the pool chairs out the front of the breakfast/restaurant area that were not cleared for 2 days. A wedding was on and they still weren't cleared. The pool was too warm, making it not as pleasant to swim in. The breakfast staff look so sad too. It was not nice to see them look unhappy. Thanks Sarah

5 nights stay in a 3 bedroom Villa with own pool. Was there for a wedding and we had the most amazing time. Staff went above and beyond and were so friendly. Food was amazing. Great atmosphere will definitely come back.

The hotel manager Usman was tremulously helpful and made our experience at the Pullman extremely pleasant. On top of this the facilities including the pool, pool bar, and restaurant all exceeded expectation. We had a wonderful stay at the Sea Temple in Port Douglas.
