We stayed here for our honeymoon and we were well looked after. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and fresh. We loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. The buffet breakfast was delicious also. Definitely recommend staying at the Pullman for a relaxing and luxury stay.

I was fortunate to get upgraded to a pool view room. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the water and the blue lights and flames were such a lovely backdrop in the evening.

Upon arrival, we were not greeted in the same manner as other guests and were not offered a welcome drink. Prior to our stay, we received an email offering a breakfast upgrade, which I accepted, only to be informed on arrival that it was for one person only. This was not stated in the email, nor was there an option to purchase the upgrade for additional guests. The room itself was clean; however, we were located directly in front of the children's pool. As our children are older teenagers, the constant noise and screaming from young children made it difficult to relax and impossible to enjoy a sleep-in during our stay. The outdoor area also had a strong smell of rat droppings, and we witnessed rats running around in the evenings, which was quite concerning. The televisions in our room appeared very outdated, were quite small, and were not smart TVs. We were then advised that we needed to pay a $100 deposit to obtain a Fire Stick. For a room costing over $600 per night, I expected more modern facilities and overall better value. Unfortunately, the spa bath in our room was also unusable. Reception was notified, and maintenance attended and advised that the issue had been fixed, however the spa water was still brown upon filling, I gather it was rust coming out of the jets. That said, the resort itself is beautiful and very family-friendly. The swim-out pools are fantastic and a real highlight of the property. I would also like to acknowledge June, our breakfast waitress, who was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming. She was by far the nicest staff member we encountered during our stay and is a real asset to the hotel.

Hotel staff are lovely, unfortunately the hotel itself in terms of rooms, are a bit tired and owners who rent out their accommodation in the hotel pool, need to make sure that the furniture and fixtures are up to scratch as the pricing is expensive and quite frankly, not 5 Star.
