The room was an accessible room that stank, wasn't very well set up for anyone requiring a wheelchair, curtains were falling off, windows had a film so you couldn't see out. Socket located under the counter so no room to plug in kettle, this had to be plugged in on the floor. No good for anyone with mobility issues. Shower room grubby. Having seen rooms on the 7th floor, it looks as though people with disabilities have been given the worst part of the hotel.

The room was dirty, the curtains didn't fit the window. There was scaffolding erected outside of my window, which workers could look into my room from.

The AC was broken and too noisy outside to open the window so didn’t get a very good sleep. It was a basic 2 star room charging 4 star prices

We had booked to attend a gig at the prospect building - which was perfect as it was only a 5 minute walk away!! The room was fantastic - clean , all the amenities - plenty of plug sockets - and a tv that connected to our phones to be a Bluetooth speaker!! Perfect for getting ready! Checking in before was really easy and the staff were very friendly! Would book again!
