Great value for money for a one night stay to see a concert at the O2 arena Literally a 5 minute walk then a 5 minute tube ride away The breakfast was fabulous as well

We’ve stayed at Ibis Docklands previously and find it a convenient location to London city without the hustle & bustle. It is close , within 10 mins, to London city airport on the DLR, connected to Heathrow on the Elizabeth line, and easy access to the underground on the jubilee line . Immediately within a few steps there’s restaurants & coffee shop, wine shop , a nail studio . Within a klm walk you’re at canary wharf , where trains are accessed and a variety of shopping, restaurants, banks. Anything you require. The accommodation itself is very pleasant, clean, comfortable with a breakfast buffet restaurant and a wine bar and staff are hospitable & knowledgeable .

I understand it’s London, however, to pay almost £300 for a night in what I could only describe as very basic accommodation is extreme. I don’t want to take anything away from the staff as they were very helpful and polite and deserve credit for their level of service.

We paid £206 for a double room for 1 night. Bed was disgusting, old, tatty and the mattress was a bed ‘topper’. Carpet needed cleaning, big dirty footprints. Bathroom clean enough, but towels as rough as sand paper. Bed linen clean. This hotel in East India not a good location. On way to station at least 3 cars had been broken in to. We took this hotel as a last resort after being let down at the last minute by apartment owner on booking.com and were going to a show at 02. Definitely wouldn’t stay again and most definitely a rip off price wise. I’d like my money back to be honest!
