We stayed for a long weekend with our family. Our first room had a known problem with the HVAC units and the phone wasn’t working. The next day after several phone calls we were moved to a smaller suite with working hvac. It wasn’t how we wanted to spend two days of our 4-day stay. The team were helpful, but at the price we were paying we really shouldn’t have had to deal with that. Also there was a massive ceiling leak near the front desk that resulted in the ceiling falling in, and the pool area and change rooms are looking worn out and smelling like mildew. I think the Accor website is an atrocity. It’s terrible for booking hotel rooms, and really not optimised for phones

Comfortable stay, some language barriers with staff not understanding meal or drink orders, even though the items were on the menu. Grounds were not as well maintained as previous years, especially with the water leak on the lawn which had a stench about it. Overall however we enjoyed our stay and will be back.
