There was no cot in the mattress provided, only a hard bottom. As a result we got no sleep the 3 nights we were there, as our 8 month old understandably was very uncomfortable in the cot and didn’t stay asleep. When we phoned the desk they apologised and said someone should have told us there was no mattress. And that was it. No suggestions of a possible resolution or anything helpful. We have stayed all over the world and have never been provided a cot without a mattress. It was an absolute shambles and ruined our stay.

Had a lovely one night stay on our Great Ocean Road adventure. Very welcoming staff, good food at the restaurant and comfortable stay in a spacious room. Would like to have stayed longer!

Room ok. Breakfast good. Car parking too far away from room, especially when having to travel with lots of suitcases. Great that guests can do laundry for free, really bad that washing machine half my light coloured clothing covered in black streaks. I did report this to Reception.

Mantra hotel, well located, close to beach, shops, cafe's etc. Offers pool, spa, sauna, but found it crowded and unhygienic. Place is somewhat outdated, rooms were ok, but also need upgrading. The hotel also has a restaurant and outdoor kiosk and play areas. Was value for money
