The most gorgeous hotel! Staff are lovely and the service was of a very high standard. We loved the bath in the room and wished we were staying longer ! Also highly recommend the Altitude restaurant in the hotel. The next time we are in a city with Banyan Tree we will be booking !

Fantastic service, excellent design - A memorable experience

Intelligent, modern design - the room was absolutely fantastic and very comfortable. Dining is also excellent, the chef at the Altitude restaurant even prepared a bespoke Vegan menu on the spot for my partner which was delicious. Vertigo Bar is also lovely. What impressed us the most however is the service. Every staff member, whether from the lobby, dining, cleaning or bar, was wonderful. Truly a pleasure and if we return to KL, we will be back.

Had the chance to have little dinner and drinks at Vertigo rooftop. Impressive views of Kuala Lumpur. Food and drinks were tasty. Staff is attentive, and I even had nice little chats with them (they made sure that I was feeling comfortable as I came solo). Got to know some additional info about the skyline. Special thanks to Rohanna and Alif (not sure, I guess...). Pricewise totally worth it! Will certainly come back if life gives me the chance to visit KL again!

Chit Su M Couples - TripAdvisor review

We spent 3 nights here at Sky Suite room . Everything was of top standard, the decor throughout was lovely , the room was clean and well maintained. The view from our room was so amazing, can see KL tower , Twin Tower and the tallest building in South East Asia . Breakfast area also good view and super cool. Location also very convenient , can go everywhere easy in KL city center and around and also just a leisurely walk from the hotel to the biggest shopping center Pavilion. Sitting at the Sky Bar Vertigo and enjoying the beauty of the night from the top of the building while drinking cocktails is my favorite while we stayed at there. Especially the hospitality of the staff was ten out of ten . Concierge staff named Fahmi was so helpful and very friendly by helping us to arrange a private tour around city and Melaka. We really enjoyed our stayed at Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur.
