Good, but could be better. I found two tea sachet bags inside the kettle that was in my room, maybe it was from previous guest, very unpleasant situation. In one of the days of my stay, a company driver brought me to the front of the hotel and the hotel staff came to him quite aggressively with his words saying that car should not park in that space, as the space was reserved for guests.... the staff forgot I was one of the hotel guests? the driver shouldn't be treated that way, everybody deserves to be treated fairly. no coffee sachet replacement...for such expensive hotel I was expecting a different approach in this regard specially with our company driver.

Not possible to rest and sleep. Staying more than 2 weeks in a suite. First 3 nights garden party with loud music until midnight. Then a lobby renovation noise began straight after and now parti nights at the top of A block with banging music, unbelievable. It’s more of a party central then a hotel

The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which is essential for work, and the overall soundproofing ensured a quiet night’s sleep. The location is also ideal, offering easy access to the city while still feeling peaceful. The staff were professional, attentive, and always helpful, which really added to the quality of the stay. Breakfast was varied and high quality, providing a great start to the day.
