First of all, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Grand Mercure Hotel Solo for providing such a pleasant and comfortable stay experience. I would also like to extend my gratitude to all reception staff who were on duty on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for their excellent service during both the check-in and check-out processes. Their hospitality, professionalism, and friendliness were truly appreciated. In addition, I would like to compliment the housekeeping team for maintaining the room in excellent condition throughout our stay. The room was consistently clean, comfortable, and well-prepared, and I truly appreciate the hard work and dedication of the entire housekeeping crew. However, I would also like to share some constructive feedback regarding my experience at the breakfast restaurant on Saturday, May 16, 2026. I was quite disappointed with the service provided by one of the restaurant staff members when I requested a simple meal. I was informed that the food would be served shortly, yet I had to wait approximately 30 minutes. Unfortunately, during that time, there was no clear communication, follow-up, or update from the team regarding my order. I fully understand that operational challenges may occur, especially during busy hours. However, I believe it is important not to make promises that cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe. If the restaurant team is unable to accommodate a request promptly, it would be more professional to communicate this honestly from the beginning rather than accepting the order and leaving guests waiting without proper information. I am sharing this feedback purely as constructive criticism, with the hope that it may help improve the overall guest experience in the future. Overall, I still appreciate the hospitality and positive service provided by most of the hotel staff during my stay.

I am quite happy with the room, although if the TV can be upgraded into smart ones that are able to access youtube and netflix, that would be great. I think if the bath kit can also include shaving kits, it will also be a decent addition. Other than that it's a pleasant stay, everything is wonderful
