Great location at malioboro, friendly & helpful staff, efficient & smooth check-in process (thanks to ms. Lulu) as well as during check-out, great variety & excellence taste of food (breakfast), spacious carpark; very nice, clean & spacious room incuding the facilities, nice swimming pool. Lulu has been been very helpful in allowing me to check in early for one of the rooms at earlier than normal. Her service is excellent. The rooms are also clean and beds are clean as well. Toilet is also clean.

“A Pleasant Experience in Malioboro—Good Hotel with Minor Fixes Needed” I recently stayed at Novotel Suites Yogyakarta and had a pleasant overall experience. The hotel offers a comfortable and modern atmosphere, and its location is excellent—right in the Malioboro area, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive stay. Breakfast was also a highlight, with delicious options and good variety. There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. The mushola facilities could be better maintained to offer more comfort for guests, and the bathroom floor in the room was quite slippery, which might be a safety concern. Additionally, it was surprising that even extra bottles of drinking water were charged separately. Overall, Novotel Suites Yogyakarta is a great place to stay with strong potential to be even better with a few refinements.
