1. This offer is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the ALL Accor programme and you must be a member of ALL Accor to benefit from it. Please refer to the ALL Accor Terms and Conditions regarding event eligibility to ensure the event you organise qualifies.
2. To take advantage of this offer, members of the ALL Accor loyalty programme must:
- Register for the offer between 1 September 2026 and 30 November 2026, 11:59pm Central European Time, by clicking on the "Log in" button and following the instructions. Only events considered eligible under the ALL Accor loyalty programme Terms & Conditions and completed after successful registration via the login button are eligible for this bonus offer.
- Plan their event on www.events.accor.com between 1 September 2026 and 30 November 2026, 11:59 Central European Time, at a participating hotel or venue
- Complete their event between 1 September 2026 and 30 November 2026, 11:59 Central European Time, at a participating hotel or venue
- Provide their ALL Accor loyalty card number when booking their event and signing their contract with the hotel or venue.
3. This offer entitles members of ALL Accor, regardless of their membership status, to double their Reward points on their eligible events when submitting their request through the new online ALL Accor Meetings & Events platform (https://www.events.accor.com) at any participating Accor brand hotel and venue worldwide. This additional Reward points bonus is offered in addition to the standard Reward points and Status points that are usually earned by the member upon completing an eligible event, in accordance with the ALL Accor general conditions of use. After the registration, members may benefit from this offer on an unlimited number of eligible events booked and held during the promotional period. This offer is valid for both new and current members and cannot be combined with any other active promotional or bonus points offers. If the event meets the eligibility criteria for multiple offers, only the offer providing the highest number of Reward points will be applied.
4. Reward points will be credited to the member’s account within 30 days after the event, subject to full payment being received by the hosting hotel or venue.
5. This offer is subject to availability. Accor reserves the right to suspend or terminate the offer immediately without prior notice.
6. Accor, participating hotels and/or partners of this offer accept no liability for non-performance or unavailability of the offer due to an external and unavoidable event that makes performance by Accor, participating hotels and/or partners of this offer impossible or disproportionately burdensome. Customers or members will not be entitled to any compensation, and the benefits of the offer (particularly Reward points) will not be issued/credited if the offer cannot be implemented in these circumstances.
