The packages include:

• Wellness and Spa Discovery: overnight, breakfast, 20 to 30 minutes massage*
• Wellness and Spa: overnight, breakfast, massage 45 to 60 minutes*
• Gourmet and Spa Discovery: overnight, breakfast, 20 to 30 minutes massage*, dinner 
• Gourmet and Spa: overnight, breakfast, 45 to 60 minutes massage*, dinner 

*depending on the hotel. Please check the rate sales conditions of the hotel selected to have more details on the precise massage time duration.

One massage per person per day, massages are not included for children.

For half board packages the dishes will be proposed by the hotel and cannot be modified. Please consult the sales conditions of the hotel or contact the hotel to know the package inclusion. Drinks are excluded. 

For children please consult the sales conditions of the hotel. 

In case of any complaints related to F&B services, the client should address the restaurant directly.

The packages can be booked up to 3 days prior the day of arrival.

Conditions of sale

Full amount of stay is payable in advance by credit card at booking time. The credit card used for booking must be presented at reception upon the client's arrival.

The amount paid at the booking is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.

Check-in and check-out times

Check-in and check-out times vary from one hotel to another and will be stipulated in the conditions of sale at the time of booking.

Child policy

The child policy varies from one hotel to another. Details will be provided in the conditions of sale at the time of booking.

Members' rate conditions

Anyone wishing to take advantage of the Members’ rate must be, or become, an ALL - Accor Live Limitless member and respect the T&Cs applicable to the program. Members must show their card at check-in (or their membership number if they are yet to receive their card). 

A maximum of 7 rooms at the Members' rate can be reserved per member and per stay on the all.com website or by contacting customer service or the hotel directly. A maximum of 3 rooms at the Members' rate can be reserved per member and per stay by booking via the ALL.com app.
