For choosing airport pick up benefit should be confirmed at least 24 hours before the arrival date by contacting hotel directly to hotel Reservation email address at H8151-RE1@accor.com. Please mention booking confirmation number, flight detail and arrival time.

Other benefit can be confirmed upon arrival.

Cancellation policy: No cancellation charge applies prior to 18:00 (local time), up to 3 days prior to arrival. Beyond that time, the first night will be charged.

Guarantee policy: Full amount of stay is payable in advance by Credit Card at the booking time. Payment should be made using valid Credit Card and name on reservation should match credit card, proof of identification (KTP/Passport) No refund, accumulation or transfer for unused portions.

Members rate conditions: Members must present their card upon check in at the hotel or their member number if they have not yet received their card. Maximum 2 rooms at the Members Rate can be booked per member per stay.

Children Policy: Accommodation is free for 1 child under 12 years old sharing the bedding with parents. Breakfast for 1 child under 12 years old is free if the parents purchase the breakfast. All benefit valid for 2 persons.
