Meeting Planner Offer Terms & Conditions
【Double Points for Meetings and Events offer】
1. The ALL Accor General Conditions of Membership 【https://all.accor.com/loyalty-program/legal/terms-and-conditions-en.pdf】applies to the "Double Points Meeting Planner" offer.
2. Only members are eligible to benefit from the offer.
3. (1) Meeting Planner members must register for the offer by clicking on the 'Register now' button and then following the instructions. Booking period shall be from 1 August 2026 to 31 January 2027.
(2) Meeting Planner members must hold an Event at a participating hotel in the Greater China and complete full payment from 2 August 2026 to 31 March 2027. The 'Event' must meet any of the following conditions:
1) Meeting room reservation,
2) Reservation of 8 or more rooms per night related to the organization of an event, whether linked to the reservation of a meeting room,
3) Catering for 8 or more participants,
4) Event packages: Private events (wedding, birthdays), sports or association events.

5. (1) This offer entitles Meeting Planner members to multiply the Rewards points they earn by 2.
(2) The Rewards points and Status points accrued from the event are credited after the participating hotel receives payment in full, and will be credited to the member's account the month after the event has been paid for. Rewards points will be credited in two installments:
1) The corresponding points that a Meeting Planner member ought to receive will be credited to the member's account first;
2) The extra points generated will be later credited to the Meeting Planner member's account as the second installment. Then, the member will receive 2X Rewards Points in total. For instance, the Meeting Planner member will receive 1,000 extra Rewards Points in addition to the 1,000 Status Points and 1,000 Reward Points for the eligible stay, 2X Reward Points in total.
3) If the event is held at a participating hotel in Hainan Province, Mainland China, and the event revenue reaches RMB 50,000 (Approximate 6,200 Euro) or above, the Meeting Planner member will receive an additional 5,000 Rewards Points on top of the 2X Rewards Points. These additional points will be credited to the member's account in the month following the event payment, together with the 2X Rewards Points.
6. This offer is valid for events held in one of the participating hotels in Mainland China, Hong Kong China, Macau China, and Taiwan China.
7. Other terms:
1) The member's Meeting Planner membership number must be provided when booking and check-in.
2) This offer cannot be combined with other current offers or promotional benefits. If your event meets the terms and conditions for several offers, only the Rewards points linked to the most generous offer (i.e. the offer entitling you to the highest number of Rewards points) will be credited to your account.
3) Events that are paid for partially or fully with Rewards points will not be eligible to benefit from this offer.
4) This offer is subject to availability. Terms and conditions of hotel sale apply to the public booking rates specific to each hotel.
8. The points generated cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
9. Accor reserves the right to immediately cancel or withdraw all the points and, if necessary, take any legal actions if there is any violation of the laws, regulations or the terms and conditions of this campaign.
