Conditions of sale
Reservations made with Advance Saver rate are non-refundable, cancellable and changeable.
The amount paid at the booking is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified. In case of non usage only for hotels located in Germany: Earnings from a substitute accommodation contract, as well as saved expenses will be deducted.
Check-in and check-out times
Check-in and check-out times vary from one hotel to another and will be stipulated in the conditions of sale at the time of booking.

Members' rate conditions
Anyone wishing to take advantage of the Members’ rate must be, or become, an ALL - Accor Live Limitless member and respect the T&Cs applicable to the program. Members must show their card at check-in (or their membership number if they are yet to receive their card). A maximum of 7 rooms at the Members' rate can be reserved per member and per stay on the all.com website or by contacting customer service or the hotel directly. A maximum of 3 rooms at the Members' rate can be reserved per member and per stay by booking via the ALL.com app.
