TERMS & CONDITIONS | “SUMMER OFFER”
The present Terms & Conditions apply to the “Summer Offer” for participating hotels in Europe & North Africa (Premium, Midscale and Economy brands, including Adagio, and Orient Express brand), as identified at the time of booking in the rate conditions displayed on ALL.com or the ALL Accor App.
1. SCOPE OF PARTICIPATION
The "Summer Offer” applies to participating hotels located in the following countries: Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia‑Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Morocco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, United Kingdom.
Participating brands include Adagio Access, Adagio, by Mercure, greet, Handwritten, HotelF1, ibis budget, ibis Styles, ibis Hotels, Mercure, Mövenpick, Mövenpick Living, Novotel, Novotel Living, Novotel Suites, Pullman, Swissotel, Tribe, Orient Express.
2. “SUMMER OFFER” – ALL ACCOR MEMBER‑ONLY ACCESS
2.1. Booking period
Private Period reservations must be made from 13/05/2026 to 17/05/2026 inclusive
2.2. Eligibility
The Private Period is strictly reserved for holders of a valid ALL Accor membership at the time of booking. Membership status level has no impact on eligibility.
2.3. Benefit description
Eligible reservations benefit from a discount applied to the public flexible rate, as follows: 25% discount for participating hotels in Europe & North Africa for a minimum stay of 2 nights and a maximum stay of 7 nights
Discounts may be combined with the ALL Accor Member Rate.
2.4. Stay period
For all hotels participating in the Private Period, stays must take place from 03/07/2026 to 07/09/2026 inclusive.
2.5. Booking channels
Reservations must be made exclusively via ALL.com or the ALL Accor App. Reservations made through third‑party intermediaries (including online travel agencies, tour operators or resellers) are not eligible.

3. “SUMMER OFFER” – PUBLIC ACCESS
During the Public Period, the offer is open to all customers, whether or not they are members of the ALL Accor loyalty programme.
3.1. Booking period
Public Period reservations must be made from 18/05/2026 to 01/07/2026 inclusive.
3.2. Benefit description
Eligible reservations benefit from a discount applied to the public flexible rate, as follows: 25% discount for participating hotels in Europe & North Africa for a minimum stay of 2 nights and a maximum stay of 7 nights
Discounts may be combined with the ALL Accor Member Rate.
3.3. Stay period
For all hotels participating stays must take place from 03/07/2026 to 07/09/2026 inclusive.
3.4. Booking channels
Reservations must be made directly via ALL.com, the ALL Accor App, as well as through tour operators and third-party online travel agencies (such as expedia.com, booking.com, etc.).
4. COMMON CONDITIONS
The general terms and conditions of service of ALL.com and, where applicable, the general terms and conditions of membership of the ALL Accor loyalty programme, apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
The offer cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or benefits (including ALL Accor+). If the stay meets the criteria of several offers, only the Reward Points from the most generous offer (i.e., the one allowing the highest number of Reward Points to be earned) will be credited.
