1. Applicable framework and offer identification
The present Terms & Conditions apply to the following commercial offers, as identified at the time of booking in the rate conditions displayed on ALL.com or the ALL Accor App:

The general terms and conditions of service of ALL.com and, where applicable, the general terms and conditions of membership of the ALL Accor loyalty programme, apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

2. PRIVATE PERIOD “STAY FOR MORE OFFER” – ALL ACCOR MEMBER ONLY ACCESS
2.1 Booking period
Private Period reservations must be made from 27/10/2026 to 01/11/2026 inclusive. For Greater China, private period reservations must be made from 27 October 2026 to 29 October 2026 inclusive.
2.2 Eligibility
The Private Period is strictly reserved for holders of valid ALL Accor membership at the time of booking. Membership status level has no impact on eligibility.
2.3 Scope of participation
2.3.1 Europe & North Africa – Premium, Midscale, Economy & Adagio

Participating brands include Adagio Access, Adagio, by Mercure, greet, Handwritten, HotelF1, ibis budget, ibis Styles, ibis Hotels, Mercure, Mövenpick, Mövenpick Living, Novotel, Novotel Living, Novotel Suites, Pullman, Swissotel, Tribe.
2.3.2 Greater China
Participating hotels located in China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Mongolia and Taiwan.
2.3.3 India
Participating hotels located in India.
2.3.4 Fairmont & Raffles
Participating Fairmont and Raffles hotels worldwide.
No other brands participate in the Private Period.
2.4 Benefit description
Eligible reservations benefit from a discount applied to the public flexible rate, as follows:
• Eligible reservations benefit from a discount of 25% off the public flexible rate.
• The applicable discount may vary by participating hotel.
• A minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights is required.
• For hotels in India, a minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights is required.
• Discounts may be combined with the ALL Member Rate where applicable.
2.5 Stay period
For participating hotels in ENA, India, Fairmont and Raffles, stays must take place from 8 December 2026 until 28 March 2027 inclusive.
For participating hotels in Greater China, stays must take place from 27 October 2026 until 28 March 2027 inclusive.
2.6 Booking channels
Reservations must be made exclusively via ALL.com or the ALL Accor App. Reservations made through third party intermediaries (including online travel agencies, tour operators or resellers) are not eligible.
2.7 Cancellation conditions
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking and during your stay, unless otherwise specified.
Reservations booked are flexible and free cancellation is available in accordance with the hotel’s conditions and as stated in the terms of sale at the time of booking.
2.8  ALL Accor+ ibis & ALL Accor+ Voyager subscribers will receive double Reward points by booking with their ALL Accor+ subscription cards only. To benefit from the exclusive x2 Reward points offer, the ALL Accor+ subscriber must register for the offer between 27/102026 - 01/11/2026 prior to their booking by clicking on the ""Activate this offer"" button. Only bookings made after succesful registration via the login button are eligible for this bonus offer. The points will be credited to the subscribers' account within 10 days after the stay.

During the Public Period, the offers are open to all customers, whether or not they are members of the ALL Accor loyalty programme.
The Public Period applies to participating hotels across multiple brands and regions, as displayed in the rate conditions at the time of booking. Eligible countries, brands and stay periods depend on each participating offer.

No other brands participate in the Public Period.

3.2 “STAY FOR MORE” – PUBLIC ACCESS
This offer applies to:
1. Europe & North Africa – see list of participating hotels. Bookings are accepted from 2/11/2026 to 1/12/2026 inclusive for stays from 08/12/2026 to 28/03/2027.
Eligible reservations benefit from a discount applied to the public flexible rate, as follows:
• 25% discount for participating hotels for a minimum stay of 2 nights.
Reservations booked for Europe & North Africa are flexible and free cancellation is available in accordance with the hotel’s conditions and as stated in the terms of sale at the time of booking.
2. Greater China (China, Hong Kong, Macau, Mongolia, and Taiwan) – see list of participating hotels. Bookings are accepted from 30/10/2026 to 1/12/2026 inclusive for stays from 30/10/2026 to 28/03/2027.
Eligible reservations benefit from a discount applied to the public flexible rate, as follows:
• 25% discount for participating hotels for a minimum stay of 2 nights.
Reservations booked for Greater China are flexible and free cancellation is available in accordance with the hotel’s conditions and as stated in the terms of sale at the time of booking.
3. India – see list of participating hotels. Bookings are accepted from 2/11/2026 to 1/12/2026 inclusive for stays from 08/12/2026 to 28/03/2027.
Eligible reservations benefit from a discount applied to the public flexible rate, as follows:
• 25% discount for participating hotels for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Reservations booked for India are flexible and free cancellation is available in accordance with the hotel’s conditions and as stated in the terms of sale at the time of booking.
4. Ennismore – see list of participating hotels
a. Ennismore Middle East, Africa & Asia Pacific & all-inclusive hotels in Europe. Bookings are accepted from 2/11/2026 to 1/12/2026 inclusive for stays from 3/11/2026 to 19/04/2027. Eligible reservations benefit from a discount applied to the public flexible rate, 25% discount for participating hotels for a minimum stay of 2 nights. Reservations booked are flexible and may be cancelled free of charge in accordance with the hotel's conditions and the terms of sale applicable at the time of booking. Exception: reservations made at APA Cet in Egypt are prepaid and non-refundable.
b. Ennismore Europe hotels & Hoxton hotel worldwide. Bookings are accepted from 13/11/2026 to 1/12/2026 inclusive for stays from 7/12/2026 to 19/04/2027. Eligible reservations benefit from a discount applied to the public flexible rate, 25% discount for participating hotels for a minimum stay of 2 nights. Reservations booked are flexible and free cancellation is available in accordance with the hotel’s conditions and as stated in the terms of sale at the time of booking.
c. Ennismore 21C hotels. Bookings are accepted from 13/11/2026 to 1/12/2026 inclusive for stays from 7/12/2026 to 19/04/2027. Eligible reservations benefit from a discount applied to the public flexible rate, 20% discount for participating hotels for a minimum stay of 1 night. Reservations booked are flexible and free cancellation is available in accordance with the hotel’s conditions and as stated in the terms of sale at the time of booking.
d. Ennismore Americas & Miami hotels. Bookings are accepted from 13/11/2026 to 1/12/2026 inclusive for stays from 7/12/2026 to 19/04/2027. Eligible reservations benefit from a discount applied to the public flexible rate, 20% discount for participating hotels for a minimum stay of 1 night. Reservations are prepaid at the time of booking and are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-modifiable.

3.5 PUBLIC PERIOD - COMMON APPLICABLE CONDITIONS
Booking channels
Reservations must be made directly via ALL.com, the ALL Accor App, the WeChat programme (for hotels in China), as well as through tour operators and third-party online travel agencies (such as expedia.com, booking.com, etc.).
Reward points and ALL Accor membership
Where applicable, customers must provide a valid ALL Accor membership number at the time of booking in order to be eligible for the allocation of Reward points for the stay.
If a reservation qualifies simultaneously for several offers, only the Reward points associated with the most advantageous offer (i.e. the offer granting the highest number of Reward points) will be credited.
Additional conditions
• Reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
• These offers cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or benefits (including ALL Accor+). If the stay meets the criteria of several offers, only the Reward Points from the most generous offer (i.e., the one allowing the highest number of Reward Points to be earned) will be credited.
• These offers are subject to availability. The specific general terms and conditions of sale of each hotel apply. The offer validity dates are subject to change without prior notice. Accor and the participating hotels shall not be held liable in the event of unforeseeable external circumstances preventing the execution of the offer. No compensation or allocation of Reward Points may be claimed in such circumstances.
