- Cancellation terms:
10.1 Rooming Lists must include payment details and the full name & credit card details for each individual who is responsible for settling the room & Miscellaneous Services. All guests must present a credit card on check-in or registration.
10.2 All individual charges including the Room Rate and charges incurred through the use of Miscellaneous Services must be paid prior to departure.
10.3 Any reservation cancelled after 5th October 2024 will be charged in full for late cancellation or non-arrival.
10.4 Any Non-Arrivals or No-Shows may be charged for the full duration of the reservation.
10.5 The Hotel reserves the right to debit a credit card given as a guarantee if the Client fails to pay on departure.
