TERMS & CONDITIONS - 2500 Reward points

  1. ORGANIZING COMPANY
    ACCOR, a public limited company registered at 82 Rue Henri Farman, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux, France (hereinafter "Accor"), is organizing the Wifi for ALL offer (the "Campaign") for eligible customers as detailed herein.

  2. CAMPAIGN PERIOD
    • Booking period: From 25th June 2026 to 17th August 2026 (inclusive).
    • Stay period: From 25th June 2026 to 31st August 2026 (inclusive).

  3. PARTICIPATION AND ELIGIBILITY
    • The Campaign is exclusively for customers who receive the email with the offer
        o This is those who are opted in for newsletters (but not ALL Accor members) and those who have not stayed at an ALL Accor property in 2 years.
    • Participants must be aged 18 or older and based in the UK, France, Germany, Poland, Italy and Spain
    • Participation requires registering for the Campaign via the dedicated landing page and booking a qualifying stay during the stated booking period for stays within the specified stay period by activating the offer.
    • A qualifying stay is a min 2 nights stays at any Accor hotel in Europe and North Africa (Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kyrgystan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Morocco, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Kosovo, Republic of Moldova, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Tunisia, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Uzbekistan) operated under ALL Accor brands.
    •Availability is strictly limited to the first 1500 people who have registered and made a qualifying stay.

  4. CAMPAIGN MECHANICS
    • The 1500 first Eligible participants who register for the Campaign, book and completed their stay (ie the stay has not been cancelled and was fully paid) at any ALL Accor brand within the Campaign period will receive 2500 Reward points into their ALL Accor account.
    • Qualifying bookings must be made directly through official Accor booking channels (website or ALL mobile app).
    • Only one, 2500 Reward points bonus, per customer is permitted (same name, same email address), regardless of the number of bookings.
    • This Campaign can be combined with the Members Rate and other discount and offers.

  5. REWARD POINTS DISTRIBUTION
    • The 1500 first Participants who fulfil the Campaign conditions will receive their 2500 Reward points directly into their ALL Accor account via email within 21 days after the completion of the offer
    • Beyond the 1500th Participant, they will not receive any additional Reward points.

  6. CAMPAIGN COMMUNICATION
    • Participants will receive targeted campaign information through CRM emails, ALL App push notifications, and via a dedicated campaign landing page containing clear information on eligibility and terms.

  7. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
    • Participants’ personal data will be processed according to Accor’s Privacy Policy, accessible at Accor Privacy Policy.
    • By participating, customers consent to their data being used for campaign administration and related communications.

  8. LIABILITY AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
    • Accor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign without prior notice if required by circumstances outside its control.
    • Accor accepts no liability for technical disruptions affecting Gift Card distribution or redemption processes.

  9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
    • Participation in this Campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the general Terms & Conditions of Reward points. 

  10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
    • The General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law, without hindering the mandatory protective provisions that may be applicable in the country of residence of the consumers.
