1. General Conditions
General ALL Accor terms and conditions apply to the "Double Advantage" offer, and you must be a member of ALL Accor to benefit from it.
2. Registration to the Offer
To take advantage of this offer, members of the ALL Accor loyalty programme must register for the offer between 9 April 2026 and 11:59 p.m. CEST on 30 April 2026, prior to their stay, by clicking on the “Log in” button and following the instructions.
Only stays made after successful registration are eligible for this bonus offer.
This offer is available only to members who were direct recipients of the communication of this offer. Members must provide their ALL Accor Loyalty card number when making the reservation, and present the card at the hotel reception desk at check in.
3. Loyalty Advantage – Fast Track Benefit (Unlocked with a booking made ≥ 3 days in advance on a No Flex rate)
When booking a non‑refundable, non‑cancellable (No Flex) rate at least 3 days prior to arrival, the member becomes eligible for the 2,500 Bonus Point offer.
This offer entitles members of ALL Accor, regardless of their membership status, to earn 2,500 additional Reward points when staying at any hotel that has enrolled in the ALL Accor loyalty programme.
Points are earned based on the value of points credited to the member by the hotel following an eligible stay, in accordance with the ALL Accor general conditions of use and based on Classic status.
On completion of the stay, points will be credited in two separate transactions:
- The points corresponding to the value of points the member would have earned had they not subscribed to the offer will be credited first.
- The additional Reward points earned through the offer will then be credited, up to the 2,500 Reward points owed to the member for the stay.
This offer can be used only 2 times per member during its validity period. The first stay booked and completed following registration for the offer is eligible for the Reward points credit, as per the offer conditions.
Any consecutive stays (check-out and check-in same day) in the same hotel, will be considered as a single stay. This single stay will be eligible once for this offer.
For the purposes of this offer, a stay is understood to be one (1) booking by a member of ALL Accor for one or several rooms. In other words, bookings that include more than one (1) room will be counted as just one (1) stay. The earlier check out date is counted while the credit of Reward and Status points is calculated.
In other words, a member of ALL Accor will receive eligible points and nights for the room which he/she vacates first.
4. Advance Saver Benefit – Up to 15% Off (Unlocked with a booking made ≥ 15 days in advance)
This offer is subject to availability and allows customers to pay up to 15% less when making a reservation with the Advance Saver rate, vs the flexible rate. This rate can be booked up to 15 days prior the day of arrival, although some hotels may apply an advance booking higher than 15 days.
Reservations made with Advance Saver rate are non-refundable, cancellable and changeable. The amount paid at the booking is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.
Paying up to 15% less is correct at time of booking, applying to Advance Saver rate stays booked at least 15 days before arrival at the time of booking.
The offer is available without or with breakfast included, except for some hotels where the offer is available only with breakfast included or half board.
The offer is subject to conditions and subject to availability of the hotel and the offer in the selected hotel. See rate sales conditions at time of booking.
Check-in and check-out times vary from one hotel to another and will be stipulated in the conditions of sale at the time of booking.
The child policy varies from one hotel to another. Details will be provided in the conditions of sale at the time of booking.
5. Cumulative Advantage
If the conditions are met, both advantages apply:
• Booking ≥ 3 days in advance (No Flex) → Loyalty Advantage (Fast Track / Bonus Status Nights)
• Booking ≥ 15 days in advance (No Flex) → Loyalty Advantage + Advance Saver discount (up to 15%)
6. Booking & Stay Periods
This offer is valid for stays from 12 April 2026 to 12 July 2026, booked between 9 April 2026 and 30 April 2026 (11:59 p.m. CET).
Stays at onefinestay are not eligible.
The stay must be a minimum of 1 night.
Any consecutive stays (check-out and check-in same day) in the same hotel, will be considered as a single stay. This single stay will be eligible once on the Fast Track & Advance Saver 2026 offer.
7. Definition of a Stay
A stay is understood as one booking by a Member for one or several rooms.
If multiple rooms are booked, only one room is eligible for the benefits.
The earlier check out date is counted for Reward and Status points calculations.
8. Eligible Booking Channels
To be eligible for this offer, stays must be booked directly via Accor (via the official Accor websites, the Accor ALL mobile apps, the ALL Accor call centre, directly at a hotel) or through a traditional travel agency whose booking system is automatically connected to the Accor booking office. Stays booked via a reseller, tour operator or third party online travel agent (such as expedia.com, booking.com, etc.) will not be eligible for this offer.
9. Combination with Other Offers
This offer cannot be combined with other current promotional offers or advantages and does not apply to groups.
If the stay meets the terms and conditions for several offers, only the Reward points linked to the most generous offer (meaning that allows you to earn the highest number of Reward points) will be credited to your account. Stays at onefinestay are not eligible for this offer.

10. Availability & Liability

Accor, participating hotels and/or partners of this offer accept no liability for non performance or unavailability of the offer due to an external and unavoidable event that makes performance by Accor, participating hotels and/or partners of this offer impossible or disproportionately burdensome. Customers or members will not be entitled to any compensation and the benefits of the offer (particularly Status night) will not be issued/credited if the offer cannot be implemented in these circumstances.
