Liability terms for pet accommodation

1. Cats and dogs, as well as other domesticated animals (subject to prior validation by the hotel), can stay along with their owners, provided pets are small to medium in size and weigh under 15 kg. Only a single pet will be allowed per room.

2. Presentation of the original and a copy of the pet’s updated Vaccination Record is required at check-in. The absence of any mandatory vaccines shall prevent the pet from accessing and staying at the Hotel.

3. In social areas, the pet must be carried in an adequate travel crate or bag, be on an adult’s lap, or held by a leash at all times. Restaurants may offer a special spot so your pet can join you during your meal. Please remember to always check availability.

4. Owners are responsible for the physical integrity of their pet during their stay. Therefore, pets cannot remain alone in their room. Pets cannot remain in the room during housekeeping hours or else the service will not be provided.

5. Cleaning pet waste falls under the responsibility of its owners, both inside and outside their room.

6. Failure to comply with any of the provisions of these liability terms constitutes grounds for the immediate suspension of the stay and termination of the accommodation agreement.
