1) Rates quoted are subjected to 8% Service Tax.

2) Rates quoted are subject to Federal Tourism Tax at RM10.00nett per room per night for international tourist.

3) Other prevailing taxes imposed by the Malaysian Government, if any, are strictly borne by the guest.

4) Rates quoted are inclusive of one (1) or two (2) buffet breakfast/s.

5) Rates quoted are inclusive of internet or WIFI in room.

6) Check-in time is after 16:00 hours and check-out time before 12:00 noon on the day of departure. 

For guaranteed room availability prior to 16:00 hours, the room must be pre-blocked a night before, chargeable at full day’s rate. Any late check outs until 18:00 hours will be charged 50% of the room rate and the full rate will apply for check outs after 18:00 hours.
