1. Each Suite Night Upgrade is valid for a one-night confirmed upgrade to a suite at participating hotels.
2. You earn 2 Suite Night Upgrades from 14,000 status points or 60 nights. For every additional 4,000 Status points earned, you get an additional Suite Night Upgrade (limited to 12 Suite Night Upgrades per year).

The Suite Night Upgrade is available at participating Accor hotels under the following Luxury and Premium brands: Raffles, Delano, Sofitel Legend, Fairmont, So, Sofitel, MGallery, Pullman, Swissôtel, Grand Mercure and Mövenpick.

Suite Night Upgrade can solely be redeemed while making a booking by phone and applied for new bookings only.
The use of a Suite Night Upgrade cannot be added to an existing reservation nor directly at the hotel upon arrival.

The Suite Night Upgrades expiring on 31 December 2021 must be used before that date, including for stays beyong 31 December 2021. 

We invite to call our Reservation office as soon as possible to book your stay. 

However, should you cancel this reservation after 31 December 2021, the Suite Night Upgrades will not be returned, as they will be considered as expired.
