The points will be credited to the customer’s account within 45 days after the subscription and will be available to be used on a future stay. More information you will find on the Terms and Conditions.

To have access to the discounts and benefits of ALL PLUS card, you need to make sure we have your card number when booking your stay by following one of these steps:

- Connect to your ALL account [https://secure.accor.com/account/index.en.shtml] to make a reservation on all.com website. Make sure your ALL PLUS card is connected to your account.
- Enter your ALL PLUS card number in the box "Travellers / Loyalty Card or Membership" on the home page of all.com when making a reservation;
- Provide your ALL PLUS card number if you prefer to use our phone reservation service; 
- Provide your ALL PLUS number at the hotel when making a reservation.

Once you are at the hotel, present your valid card upon arrival to enjoy your stay with ALL PLUS ibis and Voyageur benefits.
