ALL x Flying Blue Contest March 2025

1. ORGANIZING COMPANY

The company ACCOR S.A., a public limited company with a capital of €785,568,804, registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 602 036 444, with its registered office located at 82 rue Henri Farman, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizing Company"), is organizing a free contest with no purchase necessary (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") from March 4^th 2025, at 00:00 until April 15^th 2025, at 23:59, accessible via an offer page. The contest is titled: "ALL x Flying Blue Contest March 2025." The contest is open to ALL – Accor Live Limitless members residing in France, the United Kingdom, Germany, and the Netherlands.

2. SCOPE

This contest is available in French, English, German, and Dutch and can only be accessed via the following pages:

Participation is open from March 4^th, 2025, at 00:00 until April 15^th, 2025, at 23:59. 

The times and dates in these rules are in the UTC +01:00 time zone (Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid, Paris). No other time zones will be considered for participation in the contest. 

The contest is open to any individual who is at least 18 years old at the start date of the contest, resides in Europe, and is a member of the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant").

3. KNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES 

These rules govern the contest and the selection of the winner. 

Each Participant acknowledges having read the complete rules and the principles of the contest and agrees to the terms and conditions. Participation in this contest constitutes full and unconditional acceptance by the Participant of the terms set out in these rules in their entirety, the rules of ethics applicable on the internet, and the laws and regulations governing contests. 

Any breach of any of these rules will result in the nullification of the participant's entry.

4. PARTICIPATION MODALITIES

The contest consists of completing a participation form. 

To participate, the Participant must follow these steps: 

- Have an ALL – Accor Live Limitless and Flying Blue account. 

- Have activated the connection between their ALL – Accor Live Limitless and Flying Blue accounts by subscribing to the partnership for free before April, 15^th, 2025, at 23:59. 

- Validate their participation in the contest by registering for the draw from the offer page before April, 15^th, 2025, at 23:59 (French time, UTC/GMT +1). 

Only one entry per Participant will be accepted. Each participant can increase their chances of winning by sharing the contest with their friends and family. 

By participating, the Participant agrees to the present rules.

5. SELECTION OF THE WINNER

A random draw will take place to select one winner. This draw will be conducted by the bailiff firm mentioned in Article 12 of these rules.

6. PRIZES 

The winner will be awarded the following prize, with a total value of approximately €1500:

·        A round-trip plane ticket from the nearest airport to their home to Biarritz Airport (France) for them and a person of their choice, on Air France.

·        Transfers from Biarritz Airport to the Mercure President Biarritz Plage**** Hotel.

·        A 2-night stay for two people at the Mercure President Biarritz Plage**** Hotel, including breakfast.

·        A half-day SPA & Wellness experience for 2 people at the prestigious Sofitel Biarritz Le Miramar Thalassa Sea & Spa*****, including 3 treatments of choice.

·        A lunch for 2 people at the Sofitel Biarritz Le Miramar Thalassa Sea & Spa***** restaurant.

Only one prize will be awarded per household (same name/same address and/or same email address). 

The prize is personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-modifiable. 

Under no circumstances will a financial compensation be provided in lieu of the prize. The Organizing Company reserves the right to replace the prize with another of equivalent value if circumstances require. 

Any resale of the prize by the winner is strictly prohibited. The Organizing Company is not responsible for any disputes regarding the awarding of the prize.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION 

The winner will be notified by email no later than May 15^th, 2025. The email will be sent to the address provided by the winner, provided the email address is valid. It is specified that if incomplete or incorrect contact details are provided, the prize cannot be awarded, and the Organizing Company will not be held liable. 

The winner will have 15 days from the receipt of the email to claim their prize by contacting the Organizing Company. 

Any winner who does not respond within the given time frame will be considered as having forfeited their prize. A new winner will then be selected, following the same procedure. 

The winner’s name will be available from the Organizing Company and the bailiff firm mentioned in Article 12 of these rules.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

Participation in the contest does not grant Participants any rights to the intellectual property elements of the Organizing Company. In accordance with the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code, the reproduction, representation, or exploitation of any part of the contest elements (graphics, text, etc.) is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, graphics, and product names mentioned are registered trademarks. 

Any use of the contest elements, in any form, is subject to the rules of intellectual property.

9. VALIDITY CONTROL OF PARTICIPATION 

The Organizing Company reserves the right to carry out any necessary checks to ensure that each participation complies with all the provisions of these rules. To this end, the Organizing Company may check: 

- The identity of the Participant; 

- The participation of the Participant; 

- The Participant's membership in the ALL – Accor Live Limitless and Flying Blue loyalty programs; 

- The activation of the connection between the Participant’s ALL – Accor Live Limitless and Flying Blue accounts.

10. REFUND REQUEST 

The Organizing Company commits to reimbursing, upon request, the costs incurred by any Participant for participating in the contest, including internet connection fees and postal fees related to reimbursement requests or submission of rules. 

However, the Organizing Company will only reimburse Participants who comply with the contest participation requirements and the conditions set out in this article. 

For simplicity, the Organizing Company accepts only one global reimbursement request per household (same name, same email address, and postal address) throughout the duration of the contest.

10.1 Internet connection fees 

Any Participant may request reimbursement for internet connection fees incurred while participating in the contest. 

Participants who did not incur additional connection or communication costs (e.g., those with a flat-rate subscription or using public Wi-Fi) are not entitled to reimbursement.

10.2 Postal fees

The Organizing Company will reimburse the postage fee used by the Participant to submit their reimbursement request and/or obtain the contest rules, based on the standard postal rate, upon request.

10.3 Reimbursement process

Each reimbursement request must be sent in writing to the following address: 82 rue Henri Farman, 92130 Issy-Les-Moulineaux. 

The Participant must clearly state their name, address, and provide the following documents: 

- A bank account details form (RIB) in the Participant’s name; 

- A photocopy of their identity card; 

- If applicable, a copy of the phone bill detailing the date and time of participation. 

Any incomplete, illegible, or late requests (received more than one month after the contest ends) will be considered invalid.

11. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY OF THE ORGANIZING COMPANY 

The Organizing Company reserves the right to suspend, postpone, extend, modify, or cancel the contest without prior notice in case of force majeure, with notification by any appropriate means. Its liability shall not be engaged in such cases. 

The Organizing Company is not responsible for any internet or electrical network disruptions, misuse of the internet, hardware malfunctions, or any other incidents affecting the proper running of the contest that may prevent an individual from participating before the deadline. 

Participants are responsible for taking all necessary precautions to protect their data and software on their devices. Participation in the contest is at the sole risk of the Participant. Any attempt to interfere with the contest's system, for any reason, will result in disqualification.

12. DEPOSIT AND ACCESSIBILITY OF THE RULES 

The full contest rules are deposited at the SCP Francis Papillon - Guy Papillon - James Lesueur, bailiffs, located at 11 Boulevard de l'Europe, 91050 Evry Cedex. The rules are also available on the contest page. 

The rules may be amended by the Organizing Company at any time in the form of an addendum, which will be submitted for registration to the bailiff and published online.

13. COMMUNICATION ABOUT THE WINNER 

The winner authorizes the Organizing Company to use and communicate their name along with their prize. If the winner does not wish for their name to be published, they may express their refusal in response to the email notifying them of their prize.

14. Personal Data

For more information on how personal data is handled by the Organizing Company in connection with the contest, and to exercise their rights, participants can consult the personal data protection policy.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND LANGUAGE

These rules are governed by and subject to French law, without prejudice to any mandatory protective provisions applicable in the consumer's country of residence. 

The rules are written in French. In case of a contradiction with any foreign-language version, the French version prevails.

16. COMPETENT COURT

In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these rules, the Participant and the Organizing Company will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If no agreement is reached, the user may bring the dispute before the Tourism and Travel Mediator.
