General terms and conditions governing the Virgin Money Australia loyalty program
1. Conversion of Virgin Money points of your Virgin Money Rewards program into ALL Reward points:
1.1 - Conversion of BRB points into ALL reward points.
Virgin Money Australia customers participating in the Virgin Money Rewards program can transfer and convert their Virgin Money Points into Reward points of ALL Accor Loyalty programme.
To do this, Virgin Money Australia customers participating in the Virgin Money Rewards program must be member of ALL Accor. In order to be considered a member of ALL Accor Loyalty programme, you need to hold a valid ALL Accor Membership Card.
Virgin Money Reward Points can only be transferred from a member’s Virgin Money Australia Rewards account to the member’s associated personal and nominative account in the ALL Accor Loyalty programme. Points cannot be transferred to another person or to an account held jointly with another person.
After conversion, the converted Virgin Money Reward points are added to member's ALL Reward points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL Accor Loyalty programme rules. ALL Reward points cannot be converted to Virgin Money Points.
2. Points are converted as follows:
3,000 Virgin Money Points of your Virgin Money Rewards = 1 ,000 ALL Reward points
The points conversion described above must be carried out mannually through the member's Virgin Money Rewards account.
Virgin Money Points transferred on the member's ALL Accor account are converted into ALL Reward points.
The transferred points do not qualify for higher ALL Accor account status calculation or maintaining existing ALL Accor account status.
2,000 ALL Reward points equal EUR 40. For further information, please refer to ALL Accor Loyalty programme's rules.
