| ALL Accor members must be a member of Telstra Plus prior to requesting a transfer. Your Telstra Plus account can only be linked to one ALL Accor account. Members are not authorised to convert their Reward points into Telstra Plus points on behalf of another individual. |
| Points will be transferred to the partner points account within a maximum of 7 business days. Once ALL Accor Reward points have been converted into Telstra Plus points, the Telstra Plus points are subject to the general Terms & Conditions of use that apply to the Telstra Plus loyalty program. |
| Members of ALL Accor cannot cancel a conversion transaction. All conversions of ALL Accor Reward points into partner points are final. |
| ALL Accor Reward points are deducted from the members ALL Accor Account when the order to convert is submitted. |
| 2,000 ALL Accor Reward points = 10,000 Telstra Plus points |
| To request a point transfer, members must log into their ALL Accor account and go to the Telstra Plus partner page on ALL.com. Members must click on “Convert your Reward points”. Members must then key in the required information and choose the number of Reward points they wish to convert. Members of ALL Accor may convert his/her ALL Accor Reward points online, per multiple of 2,000 ALL Accor Reward points. |
