General terms and conditions governing the Share partnership

1. Conversion of SHARE Points into ALL Accor Reward points:

SHARE members must be a member of ALL Accor prior to requesting a transfer. Members can only transfer points to ALL Accor account held in their own name. A single ALL Accor membership account cannot be linked to several SHARE accounts.

Reward points are converted into ALL Accor Reward points as follows:

2000 SHARE Points = 1000 ALL Accor Reward points

Member of SHARE may convert his/her SHARE Points online, per multiple of 2000 SHARE Points.

To request a point transfer, member must request through his/her SHARE Program account. Transferred Reward points do not qualify for higher ALL Accor status or maintaining existing ALL account status.

2. Points are converted as follows:

ALL Accor members must be a member of SHARE program prior to requesting a transfer. Members can only transfer points to SHARE account held in their own name. A single partner loyalty card cannot be linked to several ALL Accor accounts.

Members are not authorised to convert their Reward points into SHARE points on behalf of another individual. Points will be transferred to the SHARE account within a maximum of 6 weeks. Once Reward points have been converted into SHARE points, the SHARE points are subject to the general Terms of USE | SHARE of use that apply to the SHARE program.

Members of ALL Accor cannot cancel a conversion transaction. All conversions of ALL Accor Reward points into SHARE points are final. ALL Accor Reward points are deducted from ALL Accor Account when the order to convert is submitted.

Reward points are converted into SHARE points as follows:

2,000 ALL Accor Reward points = 750 SHARE points

Member of ALL Accor may convert his/her ALL Accor Reward points online, per multiple of 2,000 ALL Accor Reward points.

To request a point transfer, members must log into their ALL Accor account and click on “Use my points” in the ‘MY ONLINE ACCOUNT AND MEMBERSHIP” section. Members must then click on “Choose a partner” and proceed to select SHARE in the drop-down menu that appears. Members must then key in the required information and choose the number of Reward points they wish to convert. Members take sole responsibility for the information provided when filling out the point conversion form.
