General terms and conditions governing the Rakuten Point partnership

ALL members must be a member of Rakuten Points program prior to requesting a transfer. Members can only transfer points to Rakuten points account held in their own name. A single partner loyalty card cannot be linked to several ALL accounts.

Members are not authorised to convert their Reward points into Rakuten points on behalf of another individual. Points will be transferred to the Rakuten points account within a maximum of 6 weeks. Once Reward points have been converted into Rakuten points, the Rakuten points are subject to the general Terms & Conditions of use that apply to the Rakuten points program.

Members of ALL cannot cancel a conversion transaction. All conversions of ALL Reward points into Rakuten points are final. ALL Reward points are deducted from ALL Account when the order to convert is submitted.

Reward points are converted into Rakuten points as follows:

2,000 ALL Reward Points = 1,600 Rakuten Points

Member of ALL may convert his/her ALL Reward points online, per multiple of 2,000 ALL Reward points.

To request a point transfer, members must log into their ALL account and click on “Use my points” in the ‘MY ONLINE ACCOUNT AND MEMBERSHIP” section. Members must then click on “Choose a partner” and proceed to select Rakuten points in the drop-down menu that appears. Members must then key in the required information and choose the number of Reward points they wish to convert. Members take sole responsibility for the information provided when filling out the point conversion form.
