General Terms and Conditions governing the Priority Pass Partnership

The ALL card number must be provided when completing the online Priority Pass membership application using the dedicated links on the ALL website to receive Rewards points for the purchase of Priority Pass membership. The ALL card must be valid when Priority Pass membership application is successfully applied for.

In addition to the first year discounts shown (-10% for Classic members, -13% for Silver members, -14% for Gold members, -15% for Platinum members and -18% for Diamond status and above members)

• Standard first year membership: 500 Rewards points
• Standard Plus first year membership: 1,000 Rewards points
• Prestige first year membership: 1,500 Rewards points

1. If the ALL member finds that Rewards points have not been credited within 6 weeks following purchase of Priority Pass membership through the links on the ALL website the member can make a claim by completing a claim form available on the all.accor.com
2. The member should state their Priority Pass membership plan and Priority Pass Membership number within six months of joining Priority Pass.
3. For Rewards points to be credited the name of the ALL cardholder must correspond to the name on the Priority Pass membership.

1. Application for Priority Pass membership must be made through the dedicated links on the Le Club Accor website.
2. The offer is only available to new Priority Pass members.
3. Applicants for Priority Pass membership must be valid members of ALL program.
4. Rewards points will be credited to the member’s account within six (6) weeks of successfully joining Priority Pass.
5. Priority Pass membership is non-refundable once the Rewards points have been credited to the members account.
6. The discounted membership fee is available for the first year of membership only.
7. Members can earn Rewards points for Priority Pass membership once only.
8. Rewards points are not awarded on renewal of Priority Pass membership.
9. Rewards points are not awarded in relation to lounge visit fees.
10. The standard Priority Pass Terms of use and Conditions of use are applicable.
