General terms and conditions governing the Maximize partnership

1. Conversion of MaxCoins into ALL Accor Reward points:

Maximize members may convert eligible MaxCoins into ALL Accor Reward points.
To convert, the Maximize member must also be an ALL Accor member and provide a valid ALL Accor membership number.
MaxCoins may only be transferred from a member’s personal Maximize account to the same member’s associated personal and nominative ALL Accor account. The account details must match.
After conversion, the transferred Reward points are added to the member’s ALL Accor Reward points balance and may be redeemed in accordance with the ALL Accor loyalty programme rules.

2. Points are converted as follows:

2 MaxCoins = 1 ALL Accor Reward points
Minimum transfer: 2 MaxCoins
Conversions are initiated through the Maximize app or website. The member’s applicable Maximize membership plan and transfer ratio at the time of transfer will apply.
MaxCoins transferred to an ALL Accor account are converted into ALL Accor Reward points. Transferred Reward points do not qualify toward ALL Accor status calculation or maintaining an existing status.
2,000 Reward points equal EUR 40. For further information, please refer to the ALL Accor loyalty programme terms and conditions.
