General terms and conditions governing Livelo partnership

1. Redemption of Points in the Rewards Catalog

In the Rewards Catalog, you can choose to redeem Points for credit in partner programs, such as other loyalty programs and/or loyalty incentives. Participants can request this reward through Livelo's authorized channels, subject to the following conditions:

Participants must be previously registered with the respective partner program.
The partner program is responsible for identifying the Participant, and transferring Points to third-party accounts is prohibited.
If the request is not processed by the partner program's administrator, the Points will be automatically returned to the Participant within 60 (sixty) days after the transfer request is rejected, maintaining their original expiration date. For transactions using Points+Cash, the return period is up to 90 (ninety) days.

2. Points Transfer to Partner Programs

Points transfer for credit in partner programs may require a minimum, maximum, or multiple amount of Points, at Livelo's discretion. These conditions will be duly disclosed to Participants on the Livelo Website and/or other communication channels.

3. Credit of Points in Partner Programs

The transferred Points will be credited to the partner program after confirmation of the Redemption request at Livelo, according to the timeframe stipulated in the Livelo Regulations, provided that the information provided is correct. For initial transfers, the timeframe for crediting the reward may be longer due to registration analysis by the Redemption Partner. Should this timeframe not be met, the Participant must contact the partner company for appropriate action.
 

3.1. Accelerated Points Transfer
For some partners, the transfer may be accelerated upon the Participant's request at the time of redemption, through Livelo's "immediate transfer" service. In this case, the credit to the partner program will occur within a maximum of 24 (twenty-four) hours from the Participant's request. In return, a percentage of the transferred Points amount or a predetermined Points amount will be charged, as indicated at the time of redemption and made available to the Participant.

 

4. Responsibility for Credit Confirmation

Confirmation of credit in the partner program is the Participant's responsibility. Livelo is exempt from any liability for any delays in crediting the partner program.
