General terms and conditions governing Livelo partnership

1. Conversion of Rewards points into Livelo points

1.1 Eligibility
The transfer may be made on the official ALL Accor website by Members with an active and valid account in both programs, exclusively between accounts held by the same account holder.

 

1.2 Responsibility for Information
The Member is responsible for the information provided, and the request may be canceled in the event of inconsistencies in the transfer details.

 

1.3 Transfer Rules and Timeline
Conversion is carried out in batches of 2,000 (two thousand) Reward points, at a ratio of 2,000 (two thousand) Reward points to 2,000 (two thousand) Livelo points.
Points will be credited within up to 6 (six) weeks.

 

1.4 Responsibilities
Once credited to the Partner’s account, the points will be subject exclusively to Livelo’s rules and regulations.

 

1.5 Cancellation
Pursuant to Article 49 of Brazilian Law No. 8,078/1990 (Consumer Defense Code), cancellation may be requested within 7 (seven) calendar days, provided the miles have not been used.

2. Conversion of Livelo points into Reward points

2.1 Eligibility
Participants with an active and valid account in both programs may request the transfer through their personal account on Livelo, exclusively between accounts held by the same account holder.

 

2.2 Responsibility for Information
The Participant is responsible for the information provided, and the request may be canceled in the event of inconsistencies in the transfer details.

 

2.3 Transfer Rules and Timeline
The conversion ratio is 3,500 (three thousand five hundred) Livelo points for each 1,000 (one thousand) Reward points.
The Participant must check the official partnership page for information regarding the minimum conversion allowed and the eligible transfer increments.
Points will be credited within up to 6 (six) weeks.

 

2.4 Instant Transfer (when available)
An option for credit within up to 24 hours may be offered, subject to any additional fee disclosed at the time of the request. This option is discretionary and may be suspended.

 

2.5 Return of Points
Transfers that are not processed will be returned within up to 60 (sixty) days, preserving the original expiration date.
For Points + Cash, the timeline may be up to 90 (ninety) days.

 

2.6 Responsibilities
Confirmation of the credit is the Participant’s responsibility.
Livelo shall not be liable for the Partner’s system unavailability after the points have been properly sent.
Once credited, ALL Accor rules and regulations apply in full.

 

2.7 Cancellation
Pursuant to Article 49 of Brazilian Law No. 8,078/1990 (Consumer Defense Code), cancellation may be requested within 7 (seven) calendar days, provided the points have not been used.

3. General provisions

3.1 Acceptance
Submitting a request implies acceptance and understanding of these Terms and Conditions and the applicable regulations.

 

3.2 Amendment or Termination
The partnership may be changed, suspended, or terminated at any time, without affecting transfers already completed.

 

3.3 Temporary Offers
Any campaigns or promotional offers related to the partnership may establish specific conditions, deadlines, different conversion ratios, or additional benefits. In such cases, the applicable rules will be those set forth in the terms and conditions of the relevant offer in effect, which shall prevail for the duration of the campaign, without prejudice to the general provisions of these Terms.

 

3.4 Precedence
In case of conflict, the official rules of each Loyalty Program shall prevail.

 

4. Additional legal provisions

4.1 Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD), exclusively for the operation of the partnership.

 

4.2 Limitation of Liability
The Programs shall not be liable for third-party failures, temporary unavailability, incorrect information provided by the Participant, or events of force majeure or fortuitous events.

 

4.3 Fraud and Irregularities
Transfers may be suspended or canceled in the event of suspected fraud or violation of the applicable rules and regulations, and additional documentation may be requested. If an irregularity is confirmed, points may be canceled without compensation.

 

4.4 Severability
Any tolerance shall not constitute a waiver of rights. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
