General terms and conditions governing HSBC Vietnam Rewards partnership
1. Conversion of HSBC Vietnam Rewards Points into ALL Reward points:
HSBC Vietnam Rewards members may convert their HSBC Reward Points into ALL Reward points of ALL Accor Loyalty programme. To do this, the HSBC Vietnam Rewards member must be a member of ALL Accor Loyalty programme. In order to be considered a member of ALL Accor Loyalty programme, you need to have a valid ALL Accor membership Card. HSBC Reward Points may only be transferred from a HSBC Vietnam Rewards member account to this member's associated personal and nominative account in ALL Accor Loyalty programme. After conversion, the transferred Reward points are added to member's ALL Reward points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL Accor Loyalty programme rules.
2. Points are converted as follows:
120,000 HSBC Reward Points = 1,000 ALL Reward points
The points conversion described above is done manually through member's HSBC Vietnam Rewards account.
HSBC Reward Points transferred on the member's ALL Accor account are converted into ALL Reward points.
Transferred Reward points do not qualify for higher ALL Accor account status calculation or maintaining existing ALL Accor account status.
2,000 Reward points equal EUR 40. For further information, please refer to ALL Accor programme's rules.
