General terms and conditions governing HSBC USA partnership
1. Conversion of HSBC Rewards Points into ALL Reward points:
HSBC Rewards members may convert their HSBC Rewards Points into ALL Reward points of ALL Accor Loyalty programme.
To do this, the HSBC Rewards member must be a member of ALL Accor Loyalty programme. In order to be considered a member of ALL Accor Loyalty programme, you need to have a valid ALL Accor membership Card.
HSBC Rewards Points may only be transferred from a HSBC Rewards member account to this member's associated personal and nominative account in ALL Accor Loyalty programme.
After conversion, the transferred Reward points are added to member's ALL Reward points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL Accor Loyalty programme rules.
2. Points are converted as follows:
2,500 HSBC Rewards Points = 1,000 ALL Reward points
The points conversion described above is done manually through member's HSBC Rewards account.
HSBC Rewards Points transferred on the member's ALL Accor account are converted into ALL Reward points.
Transferred Reward points do not qualify for higher ALL Accor account status calculation or maintaining existing ALL Accor account status.
2,000 Reward points equal EUR 40. For further information, please refer to ALL Accor Loyalty programme's rules.
