General terms and conditions governing HSBC MX partnership
1. Conversion of HSBC points into ALL Reward points:
Programa Más members may convert their HSBC points into ALL Reward points of ALL Accor Loyalty programme.
To do this, the HSBC points member must be a member of ALL Accor Loyalty programme. In order to be considered a member of ALL Accor Loyalty programme, you need to have a valid ALL Accor membership Card.
HSBC points may only be transferred from a Programa Más member account to this member's associated personal and nominative account in ALL Accor Loyalty programme.
After conversion, the transferred Reward points are added to member's ALL Reward points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL Accor Loyalty programme rules.
2. Points are converted as follows:
Premier: 1,000 HSBC point = 1,000 ALL Reward point
Affluent: 1,000 HSBC point = 450 ALL Reward point
Mass: 1,000 HSBC point = 300 ALL Reward points
The points conversion described above is done manually through member's Programa Más account.
HSBC points transferred on the member's ALL Accor account are converted into ALL Reward points.
Transferred Reward points do not qualify for higher ALL Accor account status calculation or maintaining existing ALL Accor account status.
2,000 Reward points equal EUR 40. For further information, please refer to ALL Accor Loyalty programme's rules.
