General terms and conditions governing the HSBC India Rewards partnership

1. Conversion of HSBC Reward Points into ALL Reward points:

  • HSBC India Rewards members may convert their HSBC Reward Points into Reward points of ALL Accor Loyalty programme.
  • To do this, the HSBC India Rewards member must be a member of ALL Accor. In order to be considered a member, you need to have a valid ALL Accor membership Card.
  • HSBC Reward Points may only be transferred from a HSBC India Rewards member account to this member's associated personal and nominative account in ALL Accor Loyalty programme.
  • After conversion, the converted Reward points are added to member's ALL Accor points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL Accor Loyalty programme rules.

2. Points are converted as follows:

  • 1,000 HSBC Reward points = 1,000 ALL Reward points for HSBC Privé, Premier and TravelOne Credit Card.
  • 2,000 HSBC Reward points = 1,000 ALL Reward points for HSBC Platinum Credit Card.
  • The points conversion described above is done manually through member's HSBC’s mobile banking app. 
  • HSBC Reward points transferred on the member's ALL account are converted into Reward points.
  • Transferred Reward points do not qualify for higher ALL account status calculation or maintaining existing ALL account status.   
  • 2,000 ALL Reward points equal EUR 40. For further information, please refer to ALL’s rules.
